Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Cochin. Drive to Brunton Boatyard Hotel. You are greeted on arrival at the Cochin International Airport and driven to Hotel on the exclusive Willingdon Island. Includes: (D).
Day 2: Fort Cochin. Morning you will drive to the historic city of Fort Cochin - Ancient capital of the Dutch, Portuguese and finally the British. A walking tour of Fort Cochin would be ideal but if you are not up to it hop on to an "Auto Rickshaw". Visit will include the old Spice Market at the antique shop on Jews Street, the Synagogue, Dutch Palace and, of course, the Church of St. Francis where the mortal remains of Vasco Da Gama was buried before it was shifted to Portugal. Evening Kathakali Show. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 3: Cochin - Periyar (Approx 180 km/6 hrs). After breakfast you will drive to Periyar, which lies in the shade of Cardamom Hills and is a beautiful area of tranquil winding roads, tea gardens, rubber estates and Spice plantations. Check in at the Spice Village. Late afternoon enjoy a boat safari in lake Periyar in the National Park, Known for herds of wild elephant, bison, deer and spectacular bird life. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 4: Periyar. You may wish to venture again, early morning to the National Park since it's the best time for sightings. After breakfast,visit tea and spice plantations or do a soft trek with escort in the jungle. Do any one jungle activity like Bamboo Rafting, Periyar Triger Trail, etc. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 5: Periyar - Kumarakom (Approx 130 KMS/4 hrs). After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom on the banks of Lake Vembanad and hop on to a boat to Coconut Lagoon,an eco-friendly resort created out of old Keralite homes called,Tharavad. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 6: Kumarakom. A boat ride to "Philip Kutty's Farm" to see an extra ordinary way of life. Remaining day at leisure. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 7: Kumarakom - Marari (Approx 30 KMS/2 hrs). After breakfast, boat transfer across lake Vembanad to Puthenangadi to take the car/coach to Marari Beach. The Marari Beach is a paradise of sun, sea, sand and surf. Extend your stay and spend a little longer at one of the large size villas, designed to ensure a completely relaxing stay". You have 4 nights at Marari. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 8: At Marari enjoy the beach holiday/Ayurveda. Includes: (B), (D).
Day 9: At Marari enjoy the beach holiday/Ayurveda. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 11: Marari - Airport. It's time to bid farewell; Drive to Airport and assist you with all check-in formalities. Includes: (B).
