Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Bangkok. Arrive in Bangkok and upon arrival at the Bangkok airport, meet and greet by our English-speaking guide. Transfer to check in at a hotel in Bangkok. Leisure day. Note: no drink or eat any food 8-10 hours prior to laboratory tests.

Day 2: Bangkok. Take a local transport and transfer to Bangkok hospital, one of the modern top - class hospitals in Thailand with advanced technology to check up your health. The price and the number of health checking hours and depend on the age and gender. The older you are, the more you pay. The younger you are, the less hours you are checked up:
- For Vital (aged 14-30 years), it takes approximately 2.5-3 hours
- For Supreme (aged 30-45 years), it takes approximately 3-3.5 hours
- For Ultimate (aged 45 up years), it takes approximately 4-5 hours Women will take longer time for checking up than men. Definitely, you will know a result within a day. Meals: (B).

Day 3: Bangkok. Go to take a local transport to the Grand Palace, the spectacular previous Kings palace and visit the most sacred temple called the Emerald Buddha temple in the same compound. Take a tuk tuk to go to a colorful Flower Market where various kinds of roses, orchids and lotuses can be found. Surprisingly, you can buy 50 roses for only 2 bucks! Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, take a boat taxi along the Chao Phraya River to sky train to go to massage, detox and spa place called Samsara Wellness where you will be provided 90-minute traditional Thai massage to stimulate your blood circulation and reduce muscle tension. Detoxification program, ayurvedic treatment and hydrotherapy are optional. Back to the hotel. Meals: (B), (L).

Day 4: Bangkok. Free day. Dental care, facial treatment, hair removal or surgery are optional. Please feel free to ask us for further info. Meals: (B).

Day 5: Transfer to Bangkok airport without guide. Meals: (B).
