Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Sedona - Kingman. From divine Sedona you head west and ride via Jerome, a popular stop for motorcycle travelers. Continue to Prescott and then it’s up north to Ash Fork, where you pick up the “Mother Road” – follow Historic Route 66 all the way into Kingman, the “Heart of Old Route 66”. Overnight.
Day 2: Kingman - Lake Havazu City. You head to Laughlin, near the California border and across the Colorado River from Arizona, and find yourself in a gambling mecca in the middle of the desert. Then enjoy a ride along the Colorado River into Lake Havasu City. This town captured the world’s attention in 1968 when the London Bridge was bought. Overnight.
Day 3: Lake Havazu City - Sedona. You head south and ride via Parker into Quartzsite, originally a fort for protection against Native Americans. Cross the Plomosa Mountains and you are on your way into Prescott, which is surrounded by mountain ranges and nearly encircled by Prescott National Forest. Hwy 89 will take you back into Sedona, where you return your motorcycle.
