Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Europe – Douala. Arrival at Douala international airport, welcome by the local team, then transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Douala - Dschang (about 290 km on earth road and tarred road). Breakfast, departure for Dschang via Ekom – Nkam waterfall, of about 80 m. high which has served as a decor in a certain Film scenes, Tarzan. To get to Dschang we shall go through Melong the Mbo plain situateded at about 750 m high, the said earth road goes throughout the plain to the forest valley of about 700m. A steep climbing towards the plateau before getting to the town of Dschang. Ex historical capital of the actual west province in 1921, situated at an altitude of 1400 m, was first reached by the german Zingraphe in1895, heading a second military expedition emanating from the Fontem base. This town is known for its great cultural diversity, of which we shall be opportuned to visit the handicraft centre before going to the Dschang climatic centre, beautiful archictecture constructed in 1942 for the lodging of french officers who could not go for holidays in Europe because of war. Diner and night in the climatic centre.

Day 3: Dschang – Bamenda (about 60 km on tarred road). Breakfast, departure for Bamenda via Fotso palace, visit, continuation and stop at Bafou for a visit to the Djutitsa tea plantation, CDC property, continuation to Bamenda a town that stretches and could be discovered in a valley after going through the mbouda relief as you enter the town of bamenda, with sacred rocks and bloted depression of 1240 m high. We shall opportune to visit the makon palais befor going to the hotel, where we would pass the night.

Day 4: Bamenda - Ndop (about 49 km on earth and tarred roads). Breakfast, departure for ndop via sabga where we shall make a stop and make a walk on the beautiful landscape and the hills of sabga to have the magnificient view, continuation to Babessing, crossing right up to Ndop with its giagantique plain which favours rice cultivation as well as small villages of cattle rarer (Bororos), at babessing, we shall meet all sortes of work of arts like platting of raphia, potery etc., a stop at Babungo, a village where for no reason should we miss to visit. We shall visit the palace where the Fon has a collection of beautiful objects of arts. This palace has been nicked named the palace of 300 masks. Continuation to Ndop where we shall pass the night in a hotel of local standards.

Day 5: Ndop - Kumbo (about 60 km on earth road). Breakfast, departure for Kumbo, crossing the rice farms, we shall pass through jakiri, a road junction between bamenda and on the ring road and foumban in the south. The road elevates progressively arrival, we shallvisit the Nsoh palace, which is one of the oldest in the province, visit the town and cultural meseum. Installation, diner and night in tourist home hotel.

Day 6: Kumbo - Oku - Kumbo (about 54 km on earth road). Breakfast, departure for oku where you could get to taste the natural honey of the cooperative with its special flavour. This little village joins two soumits of Cameroon which is monut Oku (3011 m.). The inhabitants of this region are the initiators of Forest Mountain Project, unique in Africa, in the preservation of the forest and fauna (rare species of birds) found in this regionsuch as the Touraco de Ban Aman. We could visit the oku meseum which is rich and the magnificient lake Oku. Return to kumbo where we shall spend the night in tourist home hotel.

Day 7: Kumbo - Babessing - Belo (about 80 km. on earth/tarred road). Breakfast, departure to Belo, we make a stop in diawara Range, where we shall be opportune to go through the range that harbours many employees of different nationalities and very many different species of birds like ostriches, pelicans etc then continue to Belo where we would spend the night in the guest house, animated night by traditional dances.

Day 8: Belo - Bamenda - Bafut - Bamenda(about 49 km earth /tarred road). Breakfast, departure for bafut, an old village of about 700 years with one of the beautiful palace of the region constructed in 1901 with the help of the colonial masters, the Germans. We shall discover the tradition of the people and eventually a spectacular traditional danc. Return to bamenda and night in the hotel, towards the plateau around kumbo (1680 m.).

Day 9: Bamenda - Nkongsamba (about 192 km tarred road). Breakfast, departure for Nkongsamba via the bandjoun chiefdom which is certainly the most beautiful of the Bamiléké people, about three centuries, the chiefdom is one of the important in Cameroon and has 200.000 members. At the centre of the palace is found a big hut of 23 m high for the people, used as a conference hall for dignitaries. 23 m high with a star resting on 60 wooden sculpted pillars continuation to Bafang where we shall visit the waterfall of Mouankeu then continue to Nkongsamba and spend the night in hotel Féré*.

Day 10: Nkongsamba - Douala - Kribi (331 km tarred road). Breakfast, departure for kribi via the caplain family flower plantation in Pendja (expatriate family who have develop a flower plantation of many species sold in the international market), continuation to Douala and lunch before continue to kribi to arrive in the afternoon. Installation diner and night in the Bougainvillier Anette hotel.

Day 11: Kribi. Breakfast, departure for Pygmies Baka baka village (first inhabitants of Cameroon), the village est situated at 7 km along the road and 45 minutes on canoe to the south of Kribi. Return and continuation to the falls of lobe which is unique in the world and of which is every tourist desire around there would loved to spend sometime, getting a taste of the prawn freshly caught. Its uniqueness is as result of the fact that river falls in to the sea, through the height of about 30 metres. Our afternoon shall be consecrated to swimming by the beach. Diner and night in the hotel bougainvillier d’Annette.

Day 12: Kribi - Douala - Europe (about 196 km tarred road between Douala – Kribi). Breakfast, detente by the beach side, return for lunch then continuation to douala where we shall do last minutes purchases before going to the Douala international airport to board the plane for Europe.
