You will then be taken on a tour to explore the former capital of the Incas. You will visit to the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral and the Santo Domingo Convent Monastery. The Santo Domingo monastery was built over the Koricancha Temple, which was an important Inca temple dedicated to the worship of the sun. Next, you will be driven to Sacsayhuaman which are remarkable Inca ruins. Includes: (B).

Day 4: Sacred Valley. You will be driven to the "Sacred Valley of the Incas" to visit Ollantaytambo, the Inca fortress, and walk through the quaint streets of the nearby town. Option 1: If there is time and interest today on your way to Ica you can stop by Tacama Vineyard to see their vineyards and sample their wine. This is an option and not paid for so if you want to skip this or you run out of time it is not a big deal.

Option 2: In the afternoon enjoy a fun filled day visiting the Ica desert. Go on an OFF-ROAD tour in Dune-Buggies that we named "Areneros Tubulares". Thanks to their structures we can enter places inaccessible to other vehicles. The drivers are trained to do these tours in very safe way. We will provide you with goggles and masks to protect your eyes and face. Later you can sand board or sand sled down the dunes.
