The tour begins by taking the road to the coastal town of Quriyat, famous for its beautiful beaches. View the scenery and attractive Wadis along the side. Enroute tempting white sand beaches and turquoise sea invite a relaxing swim. Drive inside the village and stop at the “sinkhole”, where a part of the mountain has collapsed and has filled with seawater, and therefore the local people used to dive.
Then proceed to Wadi Shab, which is certainly one of the most gorgeous destinations in Oman. Beyond the breathtaking entrance, the wadi rewards you with views of aquamarine pools, waterfalls and terraced plantations; kingfishers add glorious splashes of color. For the adventurous, there are plenty of opportunities for swimming and a visit to a partially submerged cave. This is a nice journey through this peaceful area, where oleander bushes attract butterflies and where the singing of birds is delightful. - Tour Duration: 8 hrs - Lunch included on the tour, soft drinks and water as well - Note: take your swimming clothes and safety shoes.
