Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta airport, you will be met by a representative, after a short safari briefing, you depart for Lake Naivasha arriving in good time for lunch. After lunch you will proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park for your afternoon game drive in the park which is famous for it's large concentration of pink flamingoes and other birdlife. You have wonderful opportunities for color photography, masses of pink bodies glide above the reflection of blue water. This is considered to be the first rhino sanctuary for both the black and white species. You shall have a chance to see many species including reedbuck, bushbuck, warthog, leopard, baboon and giraffe. Return back to Lake Naivasha for dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Depart to the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, drive through the spectacular Great Rift Valley and then via Narok town (the major Maasai administrative center) to one of the stellar events of your safari, Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's most precious wildlife sanctuary. This is a big game country and long famed as one of Africa's greatest concentrations of game. Plains game are found here in staggering numbers which in turn supports a tremendous predator population. Arriving in good time for lunch. During your afternoon game drive, you shall have an opportunity to see herds of buffalo, lion, Impala, giraffe, elephant, warthog, ostrich, cheetah, hyena, and many others. Day 3: Maasai Mara Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drive across the Savannah. Maasai Mara is the northern-most extremity of the great Serengeti ecosystem. Here black rhinos browse among dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephant roam the woodlands. Large numbers of hippos gather and swim in the Mara River. Boasting Kenya's largest predator population, the reserve is renowned for its large lion prides. You will finish today by spending the afternoon on a game drive looking for the local animals. Tonight you will dream of all the wonders of Africa. Dinner and overnight: Mara Sopa Lodge. Includes: (FB).
Day 4: Maasai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi - Mombasa Beach. After breakfast depart for Nairobi. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the airport for your afternoon flight to Mombasa. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to your beach hotel. Dinner and overnight: Indian Ocean Beach Resort. Includes: (HB).
Day 5: Mombasa Beach. Breakfast. Days spent at leisure strolling along the white sandy beaches. Dinner and overnight: Indian Ocean Beach Resort. Includes: (HB).
Day 6: Mombasa Beach. After breakfast proceed for a city tour of Mombasa passing through the Oldest Market in Mombasa. Fort Jesus, Old Port, The Tusks, Railway station, Indian Mosque, and a visit to Akamba Curio. Back to the hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at Mombasa continental Hotel. Includes: (HB).
Day 7: Mombasa Beach - Nairobi. Breakfast and relax in your hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will check in at your hotel to freshen up before dinner at the Carnivore restaurant famous for its mouth watering game meat. Overnight Sarova Panfric. Includes: (HB).
Day 8: Departure. Early breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the airport for your outbound flight. Includes: (B).
