Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: English speaking driver will meet you upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) and drive you to Amman, which is 33 km from airport.

Day 2: Amman – Jerash - Amman. The exploration of Amman, an amazing city built on 37 hills, will start with the Citadel, where the Archeological museum is. It introduces you to the evolution of thoughts, represents the story of the prehistoric periods (Paleolithic, Neolithic), and the Calcolithic, Bronze, and Iron ages. Then you go for a panoramic tour to see the old part and the modern parts of Amman.

Today you will also visit Jerash. We drive you through the pine forests and the olive groves until we reach Jerash the Greco Roman, Byzantine city. You will have the possibility to learn how Christianity had become the official religion for the Roman empire churches in 324 AD, and how churches were constructed to replace Roman temples. This ancient city is considered one of the best preserved Roman cities in the world. After finishing exploring Jerash we drive back to Amman for overnight.

Day 3: Madaba-Mount Nebo-Karak-Petra. After breakfast and check out from the Hotel in Amman, we drive you to Petra via the kings way, to explore the Mosaic map of Madaba, a 6th century mosaic. Then we go on exploring Mount Nebo. The place is overlooking the Dead sea, the Jordan River, and the West Bank, very spiritual too. We continue our day on the kings high by exploring the grand canyon of Jordan, Wadi a mujib, biblical Arnoon, and the magnificent Castle of Karak, a great example of the crusaders time. In the evening we return to Petra for overnight.

Day 4: Petra. After breakfast at the Hotel, the excitement starts! The Petra city is not famous only for its history, but also full of mysticism. The Rose Red City is one of the Seven Wonders, a part of the ancient Nabatean City. You will see its narrow passages and carved buildings, Djjin blocks, obelisk tomb, the royal tombs, also the rich and less rich Nabatean tombs.

Day 5: Petra - Wadi Rum. After you spend a full day exploring Petra, late afternoon is the time to leave for Wadi Rum, the place where the story of Lawrence of Arabia started, where many Hollywood big pictures have been shot. We will get there before sunset and, on the camels, we will arrive to the Bedouin camp, in the middle of the desert for overnight. You do have your private tents beside the real Bedouin tent. They are very well-equipped, having bath rooms and showers. In the Bedouin tent people would have dinner, listen to Bedouin music played on Bedouin musical instrument which is known as Rababh, have tea made on fire, take a mattress and gaze to the stars.

Day 6: Wadi Rum-Dead Sea. The day starts after breakfast with a jeep tour in Wadi Rum and then drive to the Dead Sea via the Jordan Valley, which is part of the Great Rift Valley. Dead Sea is an unique spot on the planet and it is one of the conspicuous places in the middle east. Biblically, it was a place of refuge for the King David. Then we drive you to Amman for overnight in Amman Hotel on B/B basis.

Day 7: Dead Sea. This day will be a day of leisure at the Dead Sea. The night you will spent at Dead Sea Hotel on B/B basis.

Day 8: We transfer you from the Dead Sea to Queen Alia International airport for final departure.
