Drive Awassa to Yirga Cheffee. Visit the Coffee Union Project in Yirga Cheffee. The citrus notes have a truly unique character. After grinding, you will notice a sweet caramel fragrance. After brewing, you may notice a spicy, pepper note. The finish is zesty with hints of plum. O/N. Hotel. Day 4: Sidamo / Bensa. Yirga Cheffe to Bensa area to taste the coffee from Sidamo. Visit Sidamo Coffee Union Project. Time to taste coffee from Sidamo. O/N. Hotel. Day 5: Wendogenet. Drive Sidamo to Wendogenet region. Take time to visit the local coffee farm around Wendogenet. O/N. Hotel. DAY-06. ADDIS ABABA Drive back to Addis Ababa. O/N. Hotel. Day 7: Jimma. Drive to Kaffa region the birth place for Ethiopian Coffee. O/N. Jimma. Day 8: Bonga. Excursion trip to Bonga. In this region Coffee is grown wild. O/N. Hotel in Jimma. Day 9: Bedelle & Nekemte. Early in the morning leave Jimma for the drive to Agaro the coffee plantation in the region. Head to Nekemte via Bedelle. Enjoy with the surrounding dense wild coffee plantation. O/N. Hotel. Day 10: Addis Ababa. Drive back to Addis Ababa. Enjoy with the surrounding forest. O/N. Hotel.
