Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Kilimanjaro International airport 8:00pm with KLM or Ethiopian airline. You will be picked up by our professional tour guides .Your hotel accommodation is arranged in Arusha, 30min drive from the airport

Day 2: After breakfast, our guides will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Ilkidinga village situated north of Arusha town on the slopes of mount Meru. Our guides will walk you through the cultural attractions of all sorts for the whole day in this village. You will have a full day walking tour to Ilkidinga village visiting the local Maasai and Waarusha. Visits to the local school, dispensary, and Maasai women group, traditional Maasai healer, waterfalls, crops fields, etc. This is one of the best cultural tours in Arusha and includes a hot Maasai lunch. Return to lodge/hotel in the evening ready for next day safari

Day 3: After breakfast drive to Arusha National Park in 1hour and a drive of approximately 38km which is a treasure to rich tapestry of habitats, teeming with animal and birds. Arusha National Park is one of the smaller and most beautiful National Park in Tanzania. The main feature of the park is The Ngurdoto Crater, Momela Lakes, the highland montane forest, and the rugged Mount Meru are the four distinct features of the Arusha National Park. Mount Kilimanjaro 5895 to the east can be visible on clear days from many locations from Arusha National Park. Having had such an exotic day, our professional guides will you for nice accommodation in Arusha town.

Day 4: In the morning drive to Lake Natron passing the active volcano Oldonyo Lengai. Lake Natron is dominated by vast open plains, escarpments and the surrounding landscape being dominated by volcanic mountains. The lake has stunning reflections of the extra ordinary scenery of surreal quality. Algae within the Lake’s soda produces a dynamic collage of patterns surface of whilst from air. Despite of the long journey, its beautiful enjoyable when you pass through the harsh territories. To and from the Eastern Serengeti. At the Oldonyo Lengai (Mountain of God) you will enjoy game viewing in your safari vehicle and active walking around the lake. With the immense views, the sheer scale and the awe-inspiring space of the place is breath taking.

Day 5: This second day in the lake Natron area will be more exciting as you will have another full day to walk and share local experiences with the Maasai warriors in the area. This area is a home to the Nomadic Maasai. It becomes more impressive in such a harsh environment, to see how they manage to settle in this area. The area has no permanent camps of lodges so it probably becomes interesting for those looking for more adventurous safaris. With the Fly camps and light mobiles safaris, there are some genuine walks, which take a number of days from Ngorongoro highlands down the Rift valley, accompanied by local Maasai guides, as well as climbing Ol Donyo Lengai.

Day 6: After the morning breakfast drive to the Lake Manyara for game drive with your lunch box. Enjoy the game viewing in this amazing ecosystem until lunch time. Lunch at the picnic site around the lake and after lunch proceed with more game viewing until late afternoon. Overnight in Manyara.

Day 7: The cultural activities on this day include a Climb to Balaa hill from where you can oversee the whole town and the depression below the Rift Valley escarpment interaction with the culture of the many different tribes living in the area, a trip to the Miwaleni lake and waterfall, where papyrus plants grow abundantly visiting to development projects that aim at improving agriculture and start income generating activities for the natives of the Lake Manyara area. Some of our guides grew up in Mto wa Mbu and are familiar with the area will take you though a cultural walking safari. They will be happy to tell you interesting facts and stories about the different cultures. Your tour will start from the Mto wa Mbu market to the banana farms and later a visit to the Chagga family producing banana beer, this will be the best day for cultural learners and active walkers.

Day 8: After the morning breakfast enjoy an early morning game drive in the Tarangire National Park. followed by the drive back to Arusha with game viewing en route. Lunch in Arusha town.
