Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet and greet with your Driver guide then transfer to Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Arusha National park

In the morning safari after Safari briefing; depart to Arusha Nationwide parks. Clients will undertake a vast deerstalking journey in the marvellous national park. The park disposes of an excellent Wildlife population, Its primeval forest, Momella Lakes and Ngurudoto Crater are amusing. Clients will also get to know the famous Momella Lodge, where Hollywood film Hatari was shot in the 1960’s with Hollywood actor John Wayne and Hardy Cougar. At noon Picnic lunch. In addition, with an armed ranger, so that Clients can walk any length in the park which is rich in its wildlife. Clients have good chances of the very rare Black and white Colobus monkeys and the rare Red Dicker. Returning to Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary for dinner and overnight.

Days 3 & 4: Tarangire National Park

Clients will depart from Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary to Arusha then visit Meserani Snake Park and Maasai Museum. Here at this park clients will get to see some of the snakes that are to be found in East Africa, one of them being the king of Snakes “ The Black Mamba” and clients will get to learn more about the Maasai culture, From Meserani Snake Park clients will then depart to Tarangire National Park. The Park which is a great national park to see great herds of Elephants and the tree that grows up side down, The Baobab Tree. Dinner and overnight: Tarangire Sopa Lodge or Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Tarangire national park – Lake Manyara National Park

Clients will depart from Tarangire National Park Via Mto Wa Mbu where clients will have a fruit testing excursion clients will test fruits of the season at the local market. Clients will test fruits like Red bananas papayas, mangos and the most exotic fruits that are grown in this fertile village of Mto Wa Mbu Clients will then enter Lake Manyara National Park The park borders immediately on the 800 m high walls of the Great Rift Valley Wall. The lake is normally populated by thousands of flamingos and pelicans. You will find dozens Hippos Elephant, Baboons, a rich bird's world and (With luck being on clients side they may see the tree climbing lions on this safari. Dinner and overnight: Lake Manyara Hotel, Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Kirurumu Luxury Tented Lodge.

Days 7 & 8: Lake Eyasi

After a dusty drive clients will enjoy a beautiful view to the Great Rift Valley and Lake Eyasi. Dinner and overnight at Kisima Ngeda Luxury Tented Camp. This camp offers all the romance and the comforts of a traditional luxury tented camp. The tents are set in a stunning position on the shore of a soda lake, at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. Views across the lake, especially those from the huge granite boulder behind the camp at sunset, are superb.

Though this area is isolated and little visited it is situated conveniently close to the route between some of Northern Tanzania's most popular National Parks. It offers an exclusive destination plus awesome scenery and a chance to visit the Hadzabee, one of the last click-speaking hunter gatherer tribes. A beautiful tented camp on the shore of Lake Eyasi offering luxurious accommodation under canvas, The attractions of this fascinating area include meeting with the Hadzabee hunter gather tribe, swimming, walking, and bird watching. Includes: (FB).

Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater

Drive to Ngorongoro Crater. After lunch clients will experience the great variety and density of animals in the second largest Caldera on earth. The most beautiful game-drives clients may experience in the late afternoon: Most of the people have left the crater-floor, the light gets soft and the activity of the wild animal’s increases. Please have a sufficient quantity of film-rolls with you! You will take more pictures of this fantastic African landscape, flora and fauna than you have ever expected. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge / Ngorongoro Sopa lodge / Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge. Includes: (FB).

Day 10: Empakai Crater

Very few people have experienced this extraordinary excursion, which is on the itinerary of today. Passing the slopes of the Olmoti Crater you will be fascinated by the scenery of Embulbul Depression, Loolmalassin- and Empakai Crater. On a really difficult track we will “ride” you to the rim of Empakai Crater (2700m). The Caldera is edged by 600m high, steep, jungle walls and its floor is covered with a green glimmering lake - the seasonal home of millions of flamingos. With some luck, you may see them. This excursion offers the possibility, that you will meet Maasai in their untouched environment, not invaded by tourists. An armed ranger will accompany you which open the chance to descend to the crater floor (tough path!). Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge /Ngorongoro Sopa lodge / Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge. Includes: (FB).

Day 11: Olmoti crater

The today's Excursion leads the clients to a marvellous screen acacias woods to the Olmoti crater. The crater is approx. 3000 ms high and his wooded lava slopes "flow" into the Ngorongoro crater. An armed ranger will accompany the clients will climb approximate 300 meters climbing up and do a round trip to Munge to waterfall. In the afternoon you return and have time to enjoy the look in the Ngorongoro crater (if requested we shall book another after tour into the crater). Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge /Ngorongoro Sopa lodge / Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge. Includes: (FB).

Day 10: Ngorongoro - Serengeti Plains. About the Ngorongoro of craters you go down in the Serengeti Plains and visit the world-famous Oldupai Gorge in which the oldest and most entire reports of the history of mankind have been found. At the finding place you can admire the exhibits which prove East Africa as a “cradle of the mankind ". Then proceed to Serengeti National Park entering the park from Naabi Hill gate. Game drives on route while heading towards the lodge or Private Campsite

Add On:

Special During the months of December to February, We will recommend clients to add two nights at Nasera Rock. Giant dust clouds show you the way through the endless plains of the Serengeti. To your left the eldest and deeply eroded Gol Mountains and in front the raise of the volcanoes Empakai, Olmoti, Loolmalassin, Ngorongoro, Oldeani, Lemagrut and Sadiman, which form a huge crater highland. Excursion to the Fig tree Drive on dusty, nearly never used trails to the north - an excursion into a lost wilderness.

Clients will find a fig tree in untouched Maasai land, north of Oldupai and close to the Gol Mountains. Even if clients are not so interested in trees, this tree might tell you about the last 1000 years. We found this tree about 14 years ago and used to talk for hours with him. We are proud to show our lonely friend and you will not forget this “cathedral of a tree”! Dinner and overnight Nasera Special Campsite. Includes: (FB).

Days 11-14: Serengeti National Park

Clients will have plenty of time to explore the Serengeti, one of the most beautiful National Parks in the world with an incredible Wildlife. Client’s journey is adapted to their travel period: in this season normally approx. 2.5 million animals are on their “Great Migration” into southern Serengeti! According to the rainfalls in these months the herds move southwards. Clients will have the chance to participate in this worldwide unique spectacle! As our safaris have no limit of mileage and time, you will get to know the Serengeti in total - you will therefore also visit Ngong Hill and Moru Kopjes - known as “Islands in the Sea of Grass”. Clients take their time to have a look, rest and enjoy! Dinner and Overnight: Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge / Serena Mbuzi Mawe Luxury Tented Lodge or Private Select Camp set up in Special Campsite out of Africa Style.

Days 15 & 16: Serengeti - Lobo. The safari proceeds to Lobo area, to the “rolling land” in the north of the Serengeti. The scenery is absolutely different to all what clients have seen. Game drives all the way to Sand River (Bologonja Gate) near the Kenya’s Famous Game reserve Maasai Mara. Returning to Lobo Wildlife Lodge / Migration Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 17: Serengeti Lobo – Lake Natron

A stony track leads clients to Loliondo and Sonjo. On black soil and through a wild and cliffy landscape clients will reach the Seven Corners offering you an amazing view over Lake Natron surrounded by Shompole (Kenya) in the North, opposite Gelai and next to Oldonyo Lengai - the Maasai’s holy mountain. A tough track leads to tented Lodge at River Ngarasero. Dinner and overnight: Lake Natron Bush Camp (Basic lodge). Clients can carefully walk to a gorge. After 30 minutes clients will reach a place which you would never have expected in this dry and desert-like area: waterfalls, natural Jacuzzi and palms! Clients will feel like in paradise!

Day 18: Mt Oldonyo Lengai – Lake Natron

At 2:00 a.m. clients will start your climb to the peak of Oldonyo Lengai - still an active volcano! Please strictly comply with instructions of your guide! The chance of seeing eruptions or effluents of cold lava (black and about 500°C) is really big. Clients will have a fantastic and unique view from the peak! Clients can see the Kitumbeine, Kerimasi and Empakai Crater and by luck Mt. Meru too. Like a Fata Morgana Lake Natron lies beneath clients feet. Dinner and overnight: Lake Natron Bush Camp (Basic lodge). Oldonyo Lengai - the holy mountain of the Maasai. A 2878 m high, level-according and very precipitous volcano cone of unforgettable, wild beauty rises directly before you. Mt Oldonyo Lengai erupted in 1966, 1993 and it last erupted in 2008

Day 19: Lake Natron- Arusha. A wild journey dives client along the just 1000 m high, almost vertical walls of the East Africa Rift Valley, clients will stop at the meteorite crater break a very dusty and stony road client’s leads back to civilization. Clients will also get a chance to see dozens Dust Devils pull through the semi desert, savannah and bush marked land of the Maasai Steepe. Dinner and overnight: Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary.

Day 20: Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary – Kilimanjaro International Airport. Clients will have a day room at Mt. Meru Game Lodge and Sanctuary then in the evening be transferred to Kilimanjaro international Airport, clients fly back home.
