Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival to “Zvartnots” International airport. Meeting our officials with a small basket of fresh apricots. Transfer to the hotel. Support in check-in. Having rest (1 hour). Excursion to Ejmiatsin, Zvartnots – a Temple of Vigil Forces. Visiting the Cathedral of Ejmiatsin, the churches of three Virgins, a round-up excursion through the city of Ejmiatsin. Dinner in the Apricot Hall of the popular “Ararat Hall” restaurant.

Day 2: Early breakfast in the hotel. Departure to the apricot plantation. Fascinating apricot collection accompanied with the national ensemble’s songs and folk-dances. During the dinner you will taste fresh xorovats (Armenian barbeque) made of meat and vegetables. Return to Yerevan. An Evening round-up excursion through Armenian capital. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to Matenadaran – a Museum-Institute of ancient Manuscripts. Trip to Oshakan and Amberd. Right after the excursion we are welcome to one of the hospitable Armenian families. Here (under tactful guidance of Armenian housewives) you can prepare a fresh apricot juice collected by yourselves. The preparing of apricot juice is like a real some-phased ritual, accompanied by songs and games. Towards the end this juice will be poured to 2-litre jar to be more comfortable for you to pick it with yourselves. Return to Yerevan.

Day 4: Breakfast in the hotel. Support in check-out. Visiting Vernissage – an open-air fair for purchasing some souvenirs. Trip to Garni-Geghard, ones of the architectural symbols of “the Land of speaking stones”. Transfer to the airport. Heart-rending farewells. Yerevan departure.
