Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Damascus. Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full day visit of Damascus: the national museum, the Omayyad Mosque, the Azem Palace, the Straight Street, the Chapel of St. Ananias, the Window of St. Paul and stroll in souk Hamidie. Dinner and overnight in Damascus.

Day 3: Departure to Sednaya. Visit of the convent. Continuation to Maaloula for visit of the convent of Mar Sarkis and the monastery of Mar Takla. After the visits, drive to Homs. Visit of the mosque of Khaled Ibn Al-Walid, the Church of the Virgin’s Belt and the Church of St. Elian. Afterward, drive to the medieval castle of Crac des Chevaliers. Visit of the castle. Dinner and camping.

Day 4: Departure to Safita. Visit of the Chastel Blanc. After the visit, continuation to Misyaf for the visit of the local Byzantine fortress, passing by Dreikish and Wadi Al-Ayun. In the afternoon, via Qadmus and Marqab to Lattakia for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: In the morning, visit of the important archaeological site of Ugarit and the Castle of Saladin. Via the mountain road and Jisr Esh-Shugur to the sanctuary of St-Simon for visit. Transfer to Aleppo for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Full day visit of Aleppo: the museum, the citadel, the Great Mosque, the Madrasse Fardoss, the Turkish bath, the caravansary, the old and new quarters of the city and stroll in the littered souks. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Free morning. In the afternoon, departure to the Assad Lake and Qalaat Jabr For visits. Dinner and overnight in camping.

Day 8: Following the Euphrates river, drive to Rassafa, Raqqa, Halabiye and Deir-Ez-Zor. In the late afternoon, drive to Doura Europos. Visit of the site. Dinner and overnight in camping.

Day 9: Drive to Mari. Visit of the archaeological site. Afterward, continuation to Palmyra with on the road, visit of Qasr El-Hir Ash-Sharqi. Upon arrival in Palmyra, visit of the castle of Ibn Maan, dominating the archaeological site. Dinner and overnight in camping.

Day 10: Continuation of the visit of Palmyra: the temple of Bel, the archaeological Site and the Tombs. Return to Damascus. Free time. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Early departure to Amman: on the road, visit of Shahba, the museum in Sweida, the amphitheater and old city in Bosra. In the afternoon, continuation to Jerash. Transfer to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Departure to probably the most important site of Jordan: Petra. On the road, visit of Madaba, Mt Nebo and Kerak. Dinner and overnight.

Day 13: In the morning, visit of the archaeological site of Petra. In the afternoon, drive to Wadi Rum, the Valley of Lawrence of Arabia. Dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Early departure to Aqaba. Time at leisure. Dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Transfer to the airport for departure.
