Kusadası is a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast. In ancient time settlers include the Aeolians in the 11th century BC and Ionians in the 9th century who made Kusadasi a centre of art and culture. Iin the early years of Christianity. St John the Evangelist and (according to Roman Catholic sacred tradition) Mary (mother of Jesus) both came to live in the area. Take the opportunity to visit Ephesus, an ancient Greek city and later a major Roman city, on the coast of Ionia. The city was famed for the Temple of Artemis (completed around 550 BC), one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You can also visit the House of the Virgin Mary, purported to have been the last home of Virgin Mary, based on the visions of Sister Anne Catherine Emmerich. It is a popular place of Catholic pilgrimage which has been visited by three recent popes.
We will continue to Samos. In ancient times Samos was a particularly rich and powerful city-state.
It is home to Pythagoreion and the Heraion of Samos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes the Eupalinian aqueduct, a marvel of ancient engineering. Samos is the birthplace of the Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras, after whom the Pythagorean theorem is named, the philosopher Epicurus, and the astronomer Aristarchus of Samos, the first known individual to propose that the Earth revolves around the sun.
Samian wine was well known in antiquity, and is still produced on the island.

SUNDAY:MILOS
We will spend the whole day in Milos. Milos is a volcanic Greek island in the Aegean Sea, the south westernmost island in the Cyclades group.
The island is famous for the statue of Aphrodite (the "Venus de Milo", now in the Louvre), and also for statues of the Greek god Asclepius (now in the British Museum. Milos was a source of obsidian (natural glass used for razor sharp "stone tools") during the Neolithic ages for the Aegean and Mediterranean as early as 13,000 years ago.
There are about 70 beaches on Milos Island. Also an interesting archaeological Museum.

You may enjoy your coffe in Sounion or in the city of Lavrion. In the afternoon we will continue to Syros passing close to Cape Sounion.
Syros or Siros or Syra is a Greek island in the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea. The island was the home of the philosopher Pherecydes, the teacher of Pythagoras. The capital of Syros, Ermoupoli, stands on a naturally amphitheatrical site, with neo-classical buildings, old mansions and white houses cascading down to the harbour. The City Hall, where Miaoulis Square lies, ringed with cafes and with seating areas under palm trees, has a grandeur all of its own. The "City of Hermes" has numerous churches, the most interesting of which are Metamorphosis, Koimisis, St. Demetrius, Three Hierarchs...

TUESDAY:  CESME - BODRUM
Cesme is a coastal town and the administrative centre of the district, popular holiday resort. The name "Cesme" means "fountain" and possibly draws reference from the many Ottoman fountains scattered across the city. Its name in Classical antiquity was Kysos under the Greeks , Kysus under the Romans. The name Kysos is nevertheless associated with Homer since the king Rhesus of Thrace, ally of the Trojans during the Trojan War and slain together with twelve of his men by Diomedes who had plotted with Odysseus to steal the magnificent horses of the Thracians, had his wife Argantona , a mythical beauty and a master of animals like her husband, who inhabited the forests of Kysos.
We will spend this afternoon sailing along the south western Aegean Region of Turkey and will reach Bodrum (the ancient Greek city of Halicarnassus) late evening and will send the night on board in the port of Bodrum.

WEDNESDAY: KOS
Early in the morning we will arrive in Kos, a Greek island of the group of the Dodecanese. In ancient times Kos was a Dorian colony with a large contingent of settlers from Epidaurus, whose Asclepius cult made their new home famous. In the Hellenistic age, Kos attained the zenith of its prosperity. Among its most famous sons were the physician Hippocrates, the painter Apelles, the poets Philitas and, perhaps, Theocritus. The ancient physician Hippocrates is thought to have been born on Kos, and in the center of the town is the Plane Tree of Hippocrates, a dream temple where the physician is traditionally supposed to have taught. The small city is also home to the International Hippocratic Institute and the Hippocratic Museum dedicated to him. Near the Institute are the ruins of Asklepieion, where Herodicus taught Hippocrates medicine.

THURSDAY: IOS – SANTORINI
Today we will spend the morning in Ios, an island of the Cyclades, inhabited since the early Cycladic period. Near the port of Ios is the capital of the island known as Chora. Chora is a white and very picturesque cycladic village, full of stairs and narrow paths that make it inaccessible for cars of any kind. Today, the main path through this village is completely taken over by tourism in terms of restaurants, boutiques, bars and discothèques. Ios is famous for its beaches and the incredible night life.
In the afternoon we reach Santorini, one of the jewels of small volcanic archipelagos five islands is undoubtedly Santorini. Santorini was created due to a volcanic eruption culminated in the explosion of a volcano caldera, therefore, its rugged landscapes dotted with huge cliffs. Santorini's capital, Fira, with white-washed houses, narrow streets and open air cafes that cling to a steep cliff, is at the top of the beautiful island where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. Discover Santorini villages that retain their authenticity, with beautiful blue and white buildings and barren volcanic rocks. It is a very fascinating and picturesque island. A magical place that has nothing to do with the rest of the Greek islands, a place to spread the peaceful and hospitable nature of its people.
