Tour Itinerary:
Day 1:Early morning arrival at Entebbe airport - Murchison Falls National Park. Now that you have an experience of the equatorial climate on your arrival at Entebbe airport, you will start your safari heading north to Murchison falls National Park. You will pass through the famous Luweero triangle to Masindi for lunch then proceed to Murchison falls via Budongo forest where you will encounter olive baboons along the road, monkeys and site some of the 366 bird species that are habitants of the forest. Overnight at Paraa safari lodge: (B.L.D) Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park. Today you will start with an early morning game drive allowing you to see a number of animals like the elephants, warthog, giraffe, lions, oribi, bushbuck, bohor reedbuck hyena and, the leopard. Take an afternoon boat trip to the base of Murchison falls which is a great time for watching birds like the kingfisher, shoebill stork and many more and get to see hippos in big numbers, some of the largest crocodile Africa has and experience the great African atmosphere. Overnight at Paraa Safari lodge: (B.L.D). Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park - Kibale Forest National Park. Drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal and get to experience verdant countryside past ethnic Uganda's traditional homesteads and small scale farms which are inter cropped. Fort-portal is situated amid lush rolling hillside sweated in neat planted tea plantations; it also offers an excellent view of the glacial peaks of mountains of the moon. Lunch, dinner and a night sleep at Primate Lodge: (B.L.D). Day 4: Kibale Forest National Park. Situated at about 30km south of Fort Portal, the park is an excellent place to look in the eyes of the chimpanzee, along the way to the park are several creator lakes which include Kasenda and others. The park is also a habitant to a great primate diversity like the red tailed and grey cheek mongabey and a thrilling variety of forest birds. This adventure will take you inside the forest after explanations from the guide about the fauna and flora. Overnight at Primate Lodge: (B.L.D) Day 5: Kibale Forest National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park. Today you will set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Rwenzori mountain ranges where you will view a variety of antelopes, elephants, lion, leopard and buffalo. Drive to the Kazinga channel to Mweya peninsula which offers a good views of the channel. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge: (B.L.D). Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park. Begin this day with an early morning game drive after a fulfilling cup of tea or coffee. The drive will enable you see some of the ten creator lakes that ln the park and avariety of wildlife. A boat trip to Kazinga channel in the afternoon is not only relaxing but also gives you chance to see more bidlife. overnight at Mweya Safari lodge: (B.L.D). Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kampala. Enriched with life long experience about the wildlife of Uganda 'Pearl of Africa', hereto you will start you day with breakfast.
