Duration: 10 days, 9 nights Start and end point: Yerevan Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Arrival. Program: - Arrival in Yerevan at the Zvartnots Airport - Passport control, issuing of visas - Check-in at a Hotel - Yerevan sightseeing tour - Overnight in the hotel in Yerevan. Day 2: Acclimatization day: monastery Saghmosavanq, fortress Hamberd, Kari lake on the slopes of Mt Aragats. Program: - Driving to the monastery Saghmosavanq - Driving to Amberd fortress - Driving to Kari lake (3200 m) - Overnight in the camp near the lake. Day 3: Climbing the four peaks of the Mt. Aragats. Program: - Hiking up to the North peak (4090 m) - Hiking up to the East peak(3916 m) - Hiking up to the West peak(4080 m) - Hiking up to the South peak(3879 m) - Hiking back to the Kari lake camp - Overnight in the camp. Day 4: Monastery Haghartsin, town Dilijan. Program: - Driving to the monastery Haghartsin - Driving to town Dilijan - Overnight at a hotel in Dilijan. Day 5: Village Haghartsin, approach to Ijevan Mt. range. Program: - Driving to the village Haghartsin - Hiking up to the slopes of the range - Getting to the camp on the slopes - Overnight in the camp. Day 6: Passing Ijevan Mt. range. Program: - Hiking up to the pass - Hiking down to the camp side - Overnight in the camp. Day 7: Cloister Okun, Lastiver. Program: - Hiking to the cloister Okun, Lastiver dwelling caves - Overnight in the hotel. Day 8: Bus trip, top-rope rock climbing in the Noravanq canyon. Program: - Driving through city Ijevan to lake Sevan, then along the lake to the south of Armenia - Driving to Selim pass (2410 m), Selim carvan-saray - Driving to Noravanq canyon, top-rope climbing 20 m high routes - Driving to Noravanq monastery - Overnight in the camp. Day 9: Bears’ cave, Areni vine factory, Khor Vihrap monastery, Yerevan. Program: - Driving south to the bears’ cave, caving - Driving to Areni wine factory - Driving to Monastery Khor Vihrap - Driving back to Yerevan - Overnight in the hotel in Yerevan.
