The breeding season for Terns begins from May to September every year. Thousands of Terns soar above islets of Matsu. The Matsu Tern Reserve was established in 2000, the targets include: Bridled Tern, Roseate Tern, Black-napped Tern, Greater Crested Tern, Black-tailed Gull, Estern Reef Heron, Fork-tail Swift, and the Bird of Legend which had disappeared for sixty years-Chinese Crested Tern.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Fly from Taipei to Matsu (Nangan). First round to watch Chinese Crested Tern by private motor-boat in the afternoon. Overnight at Nangan

Day 2: Second round to watch Chinese Crested Tern and other sea birds. In the afternoon watch for local birds and old village(stone house) in Nangan. Overnight at Nangan

Day 3: Fly back to Taipei.
