Day 1: Arrival Harare. Guests arrive and check in at hotel afternoon. Options available are the lion and the cheetah park and the botanical gardens. Dinner and overnight Cresta lodge. Day 2: Harare. Depart hotel after breakfast for a full day tour of the Sunshine city and the surroundings. The tour will take guests to the Harare Kopje, Africa unity square, paliament buildings, heroes acre and Mbare Musika. The day will end with a drive through the residential areas of the capital. Dinner and overnight Cresta lodge. Day 3: Nyanga eastern highlands. Depart Harare after breakfast for Nyanga with a lunch stop on the way. Arrive and check in at hotel. Dinner has been arranged at another hotel after dinner guests have an option to go to the casino at Monticlair hotel. Overnight at rhodes Nyanga hotel. Day 4: Nyanga eastern highlands. Depart after breakfast on a full day tour of the surroundings. Tour will take guests the Pungwe Mtarazi Nyangombe falls, Tonga village, Pungwe drift, Honde view and the highest mountain in Zimbabwe mount Nyangani. Back at hotel. Dinner and overnight at Rhodes Nyanga hotel. Day 5: Great Zimbabwe. Depart after breakfast for great Zimbabwe a lunch stop will be made on the way. The route is very scenic and stops will be made on the way. Arrive Great Zimbabwe and check in at lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge at ancient city. Day 6: Great Zimbabwe. Depart the hotel after breakfast for a full day tour of the surroundings. The tour will take guests to the 3 monuments namely hill complex, valley complex and the great enclosure. Lunch will be at a local lodge and after lunch guests will proceed to the lake Mtirikwi game park on a game drive, chances of rhino sights are fair in this park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge at ancient city. Day 7: Bulawayo and Matopos. Morning at leisure with opportunity of shopping available. Depart great Zimbabwe around mid-morning for Bulawayo. A stop at the Chipangali wildlife orphanage will be made before reaching Bulawayo. Check in Byo Rainbow. Dinner and overnight at Bulawayo Rainbow hotel. Day 8: Bulawayo and Matopos. Guests will be picked up after breakfast for a full day tour of Matopos. Tour will take guests to the bushman paintings, worlds view (Rhodes Grave) and a local game park. Lunch will be at a local lodge. Back at hotel and depart for dinner at a local restaurant (Nebsitt Castle). Back at hotel and overnight at Bulawayo Rainbow. Day 9: Bulawayo. After breakfast guests will depart for a tour of the city of kings. Tour will take guests to the natural history museum, railway museum, art gallery, art and craft center and other highlights of the city depart for Hwange national park in the late afternoon. Arrive Hwange and check in at lodge. Dinner and overnight at Sikumi Tree lodge. Day 10: Hwange national park. Early departure for a game drive in one of the great game parks in africa Hwange national park. Big game can be seen here and chances of seeing the rare painted wild dog higher than elsewhere, sights on the vast teak forests are certain back at lodge for breakfast. Afternoon at leisure with an option of a village tour around midday. Depart in the late afternoon for another game drive in Hwange national park/option of night drives back at lodge. Dinner and overnight at Hwange safari lodge. Day 11: Hwange national park/ Victoria falls. Depart early in the morning for a game drive. Back at lodge for breakfast followed by departure for Victoria falls. Arrive Victoria falls after lunch check in at the Rainbow hotel. Depart for a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambez river; drinks, beer, wine, champagne and snacks are available. Back to hotel and dinner at the hotel. Day 12: Victoria Falls. Depart after breakfast for a guided tour of the falls ;big tree and craft market. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the Boma restaurant; this will be a buffet dinner. Overnight at rainbow hotel. Optional activities: - Elephant riding - Helicopter flights - Walking with lions - Village tour - Bunji jumping - Gorge swing, etc. Day 13: Victoria falls and Chobe. Depart in the morning after breakfast for Chobe national park. Go on a boat cruise for 3 hours on the Chobe river. Lunch at a local lodge. After lunch go on a 3hr game drive in the Chobe national park. After game drive drive back to Victoria falls. This is the last day of touring and guests will be taken to the Victoria falls hotel for dinner at the Livingstone restaurant (dress formally). Back at hotel after dinner. Overnight at Rainbow hotel. Day 14: Victoria falls. This day will be a transfer day and guests will be taken to the airport according to their flight times. Notes: Basis: Dinner, bed and breakfast.
