Day 1: Tashkent. Arrive Tashkent, welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time for rest. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Tashkent for 4 hrs: a visit to the Amir Timur Square, Theater Square with the Opera House, Applied Art Museum, Earthquake Memorial, People's Friendship Palace with Abdul Kasim Madrassah and Alisher Navoi National Park, Independence Square. Overnight in Tashkent. Day 2: Tashkent - Urgench - Khiva. Early transfer to the airport and fly to Urgench at 07:00 am. Arrive Urgench and drive to Khiva (30km). Hotel check-in and breakfast at the hotel. Full day for sightseeing of Khiva. Starting with the visiting of the inner town of Ichan Kala (XIV-XX c) with Muhamad Amin khan Madrassah, Kalta Minor Minaret, Kunya Ark, Muhamad Rahim khan Madrassah, Djuma Mosque and Minaret, Tash Hauli Palace. Lunch in so called restaurant-Madrassah of the XIX c. After lunch sightseeing for 2 hrs: Islam Khodja Minaret and Madrassah, Shirgazi khan Madrassah Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum. Overnight in Khiva. Day 3: Khiva - Bukhara. Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bukhara via the Kizilkum desert (460 km, 7 hrs). Stop en route near the Amu Darya River and for picnic lunch. Arrive Bukhara, hotel check-in, free time. Overnight in Bukhara. Day 4: Bukhara. Breakfast at the hotel. Full day in Bukhara. Take a portion of city tour for 4 hrs with visits to the Ark Fortress (I-XX c), Bolo Hauz Mosque (XVIII c), Samanids Mausoleum (IX-X c), Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum (XII-XVI c). After lunch portion of s/s walking tour along the old town of Bukhara from Poi- Kalyan complex with Kalyan Minaret (XII c) through orient bazaars with three trade domes of Toki Zargaron (XV c), Toki Sarrafon (XVI c), Toki Telpak Furushon (XVI c), Ulugbek Madrassah (XV c), Abdulazizkhan Madrassah (XVII c) to the Lyabi Hauz complex (XVI - XVII c). Overnight in Bukhara. Day 5: Bukhara. Breakfast at the hotel. Today we drive outside Bukhara for sightseeing: Bagautdin Nakhshbandi Complex - a center of Sufism (XIV-XVI c), 14 km outside the town, Sitorai Mokhi Khosa - summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara (XIX-XX c), 4 km outside the town. Afternoon visit to the Chor Bakr Necropolis (XVI-XX c), 10 km outside the town, back to Bukhara and a visit to the Chor Minor (Four Minarets, XIX c). Dinner in Nadir Divan Begi Madrassah with folklore show. Overnight in Bukhara. Day 6: Bukhara - Shakhrisabz - Samarqand. Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Shakhrisabz (300km, 4 hours). Shakhrisabz is a home-town of Tamerlane and during our 2 hour sightseeing tour we can enjoy the bright example of Central Asian architecture of XIV-XV c by visiting: The Ak Saray Palace, Ulugbek's Blue Domed Mosque, Jakhangir's Mausoleum. Afternoon drive to Samarkand (150 km, 2,5 hours). Arrive Samarkand, hotel check-in. Overnight in Samarqand. Day 7: Samarqand. Breakfast at the hotel. Spend a full day in Samarqand. Sightseeing tour in Samarkand for 4 hrs: Ulugbek Observatory (XV c), Excavation of an ancient city and museum of Afrosiyab, Tombstone of Saint Danyar. Afternoon s/s for 3 hours visiting the Registan Square (XV-XVII c), Bibi Khanum Mosque (XIV-XV c) and Samarkand local bazaar. Overnight in Samarkand. Day 8: Samarqand. Breakfast at the hotel. Full day in Samarqand. We will proceed on the city tour for 4 hours to the Gur-Emir Mausoleum - Grave of Timur (XV c), Rukhabad Mausoleum (XIV c), Shakhi Zinda Necropolis (XIV - XV c). Afternoon visit to the "Samarqand - Bukhara Silk Carpets" factory tour of 2 hours, where you can observe the whole process of weaving silk carpets based on hand made technology. Overnight in Samarqand. Day 9: Samarqand - Tashkent. Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tashkent (320 km, 5 hours). Arrive Tashkent and hotel check in. Afternoon visit to Tashkent Metro and Chorsu oriental bazaar. Overnight in Tashkent. Day 10: Depart Tashkent. Transfer to the airport and depart Tashkent. End of the tour. Notes: Prices:
