Day 1: Tashkent. Arrive Tashkent, welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time for rest. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Tashkent for 4 hrs, which includes a visit to the Amir Timur Square, Theater Square with the Opera House, Applied Art Museum, Earthquake Memorial, People's Friendship Palace with Abdul Kasim Madrassah and Alisher Navoi National Park, Independence Square. Overnight in Tashkent. Day 2: Tashkent - Bukhara. Breakfast in the hotel. Flight to Bukhara. Arrive Bukhara and check in the hotel. Half sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Overnight in Bukhara. In the morning take a portion of city tour for 4 hrs with visits to the Ark Fortress (I-XX c), Bolo Hauz Mosque (XVIII c), Samanids Mausoleum (IX-X c), Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum (XII-XVI c). After lunch portion of s/s tour on foot along the old town of Bukhara from Poi- Kalyan complex with Kalyan Minaret (XII c) through orient bazaars with three trade domes of Toki Zargaron (XV c), Toki Telpak Furushon (XVI c), Ulugbek Madrassah (XV c), Abdulazizkhan Madrassah (XVII c) to the Lyabi Hauz complex (XVI-XVII c). Today we drive outside Bukhara for sightseeing: Bagautdin Nakhshbandi Complex - a center of Sufism (XIV-XVI c), 14 km outside the town, Sitorai Mokhi Khosa - summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara (XIX-XX c), 4 km outside the town. Afternoon visit to the Chor Bakr Necropolis (XVI-XX c), 10 km outside the town), back to Bukhara and a visit to the Chor Minor (Four Minarets, XIX c). Overnight in Bukhara. Includes: (B). Day 5: Bukhara - Samarqand. Breakfast in the hotel. Drive to Samarqand. Hotel check-in. Sightseeing tour in Samarqand: Ulugbek Observatory (XV c), Excavation of an ancient city and museum of Afrosiyab, Tombstone of Saint Danyar. Registan Square (XV-XVII c), Bibi Khanum Mosque (XIV-XV c) and Samarqand local bazaar. Overnight in Samarqand. Includes: (B). Day 6: Samarqand. Breakfast in the hotel. Full day in Samarqand. Start the day with a city tour for 4 hours to the Gur-Emir Mausoleum - Grave of Timur (XV c), Rukhabad Mausoleum (XIV c), Shakhi Zinda Necropolis (XIV-XV c). After lunch visit to the "Samarqand - Bukhara Silk Carpets" factory, for 2 hours, where you can observe the whole process of weaving silk carpets based on hand made technology. Overnight in Samarqand. Includes: (B). Day 7: Samarqand - Tashkent. Breakfast in the hotel. Visit the Grave of Imam al Bukhariy. Drive to Tashkent (320 km, 5 hours).
