Tour Itinerary:
Journey to Bekaa Valley (85 km from Beirut). En route, pause in Chtaura, admire the green fields. In Baalbeck, contemplate Lebanon's greatest Roman treasures: wonder of the ancient world, the largest and among the best preserved Roman Temples in the City of the Sun Jupiter and Bacchus (20 meters columns and the heaviest stones in the world). Continue to Anjar, a completely different archaeological experience from any other site. It does not have different epochs nor civilizations that superimposed one on top of the other. Anjar is an exclusive one period, the Umayyad. Head towards Ksara Winery for a wine tasting. Ksara has been selected "the most beautiful wine cellars in the world" (Closed on Sundays and St. Joseph Day). Return to Beirut. Lunch in Anjar. Notes:
