Board local flight for 20 minute trip to Zanzibar. Transfer to Zanzibar Serena Hotel for lunch, dinner and overnight. Afternoon tour of Stone Town. Day 18: Zanzibar. Dinner and overnight at lodge. Day 20: Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania. After breakfast, game drive excursion to Ngorongoro Crater with lunch on floor of crater. Dinner and overnight at lodge. Day 21: Serengeti. Breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to Masek tented camp in Ndutu area, Serengeti Plains. Arrive at the camp for lunch and afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp. Day 22: Serengeti. Breakfast at the lodge. Morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the camp. Day 23: Uganda. Transfer to airstrip for domestic flight to Kilimanjaro airport. After immigration and customs formalities we depart for flight to Entebbe, Uganda. On arrival in Entebbe the passengers will be split into two groups. Group 1 will visit the chimpanzees on Ngamba Island and Group 2 will enjoy an excursion to Jinja, source of the Nile. Each group will enjoy lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Victoria Serena Resort. Day 24: Uganda. The two groups of passengers exchange excursions today with Group 2 visiting the chimpanzees on Ngamba Island with Group 1 enjoying the excursion to Jinja source of the Nile. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 25: Khartoum, Sudan. After breakfast transfer to Entebbe Airport for flight to Khartoum, Sudan. Transfer to the Burj Al Fateh Hotel for lunch. Afternoon visit to Omdurman Old Quarter & Market place. Dinner and overnight at hotel. Day 26: Khartoum, Sudan. Guests have the option of a full day tour to the sites of Masawwarat es-Sufra and Naqa (packed lunch provided) or a half day tour of Khartoum with lunch at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel. Day 27: Cruise on Lake Nasser, Egypt. Transfer to Khartoum airport for flight to Abu Simbel, Egypt. On arrival visit the Abu Simbel Temples. Board Kasr Ibrim for your Lake Nasser cruise. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure with lunch and dinner and overnight on board. Day 28: Cruise to Amada; Wadi El Seboua. Breakfast is served while sailing to Kasr Ibrim. Tour conducted from the ship's sun deck as entrance to the site is not permitted. Lunch while sailing to Amada. Visit the temples of Amada and Derr as well as the Tomb of Penout.
