Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi - Jim Corbett National Park. Pick up from Delhi railway station/airport and proceed to Jim Corbett National Park (300 km/7 hrs). Jim Corbett National Park, named after the hunter and naturalist Jim Corbett who played a key role in its establishment, is the oldest national park in India. The park was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park. Situated in Nainital district of Uttarakhand, the park acts as a protected area for the critically endangered Bengal tiger of India, the secure survival of which is the main objective of project "Tiger", an Indian wildlife protection initiative. Dinner and overnight stay at resort. Day 2: Jim Corbett National Park - Nainital. In the morning go for a safari inside the national park. In the afternoon transfer to Nainital (60 km/2 hrs). Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Day 3: Nainital - Ranikhet - Nainital. After breakfast go out for an excursion trip to Ranikhet. Ranikhet is a hill station and cantonment town in Almora district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Day 4: Nainital. After breakfast go out for local sightseeing including Naukuchiatal, Sattaal, Bhimtal. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Day 5: Nainital - Delhi. After breakfast depart for Delhi (322 km/7 hrs).
