Day 2: Tana - Antsirabe. Leave Antananarivo to Antsirabe. Drive through the highland’s landscape. It is an area of rolling hills interspersed with terracing and rice paddies, dotted with picturesque villages. Arrive in Antsirabe. Visit the surroundings: lake sacred Tritriva, Andraikiba and the workshop of semi-precious and precious stones. Hotel Le Retrait (mid range), hotel de Thermes (top).

Day 3: Antsirabe - Miandrivazo. Drive from Antsirabe to Miandrivazo (220 km). Miandrivazo primarily is notable as the starting point for canoe trip down to Tsiraraka. This area is one of the hottest in Madagascar, so bring thin clothes and umbrellas. Overnight at hotel Baobab (mid range), hotel Lakana.

Day 4: Canoeing. The beginning of the river - trip with a dugout canoe seems a bit tiring adventure but fun, also quieter and giving you a chance to observe natural attractions. Well the boat is comfortable and fast. The first day of the river trip allows you to meet chameleons and birds. Overnight at camping.

Day 5: Canoeing. The best part of the canoe trip. Passing the gorge of Bemaraha, a thick forest, sifaka lemurs and lemur fulvus are drinking water on the side of the river. The bird life along the river is particularly noteworthy. Overnight at camping.

Day 6: Canoeing. It is a good opportunity to meet the people in the village, to learn the tradition and the customs. Overnight at camping.

Day 7: Tsarahotana - Tsingy. After finishing breakfast, ten minutes walk following the cart to reach the place where the four-wheel drive is. Leave Tsarahotana and drive to Tsingy. The Tsingy is 152000 hectares (66630 hectares of which have national park status) is one of the largest protected areas in Madagascar. The Tsingy is a vast forest of rugged and eroded karst pinnacles. There are about 90 species of birds, 8 species of reptiles and 11 species of lemurs. Overnight at the hotel Olympe de Bemaraha (mid range and top) Vazimba hotel (top).

Day 8: Tsingy visit. Full day visit at both small and big Tsingy. Bemaraha is a high spot of endemism and diversity. The scientists estimate that the general endemism of this park is 86,7 per cent and the eco regional one is 47 per cent. 11 species of lemurs are listed from there, five families of bats, 103 species of bird species. The index of the reptiles and amphibians is as large as Bemaraha possesses 34 species that are all endemic. There is a broad canyon which is crossed by a swinging suspension bridge. Amid all this grey are splashes of green from the pachypodiums and other succulents. And there is plenty of wildlife too, expecting to see long eared owls perched on a branch. In the forests there are troops of Decken’s sifaka and red frog, ted brown lemurs. Overnight at the hotel Olympe de Bemaraha (mid range and top) Vazimba hotel (top).

Day 9: Tsingy - Morondava. Drive back to Morondava, an hour stop at the baobab alley, this good opportunity to take a photo during the sunset. Overnight at Renala Sable d’Or (mid range and top), hotel Baobab cafe (mid range and top).
