Riding about an Andean foothill valley alongside the valley of the Cuyin Manzano River, meeting the local people, and sharing in their simple way of life, even lodging overnight at their homes. For in this undomesticated environment there is no tourism infrastructure.
Tour Itinerary: Day 1: At approximately 10:00 a.m. we set off from Bariloche. We will saddle up for our horse ride toward Sisto Martinez's summer grazing field, passing Lake Repentino. This ride runs along the Valley of Cuyin Manzano River until its confluence with Quemados' Creek. We will camp out after going through Cypress and Lenga forests, ascending to a high altitude marshland of 1600 meters. Day 2: We will ascent towards Saihueque Mount, La Ollada's countryside post and then ride back to our campsite. During this day, we will have reached 2000 meters altitude where permanent snow and animals such as deer and cattle can be found grazing in the high altitude marshlands during summer. While riding through ñire and Lenga forests and have the opportunity to see unusual land formations such as La Ollad's post, and rocky canyons over Los Quemados' Creek. Day 3: We will return back to the valley by horseback. The trip back runs by the other riverbank as to provide a good view of a different landscape and an opportunity to take a close look at everyday life of Cuyin Manzano's local natives.
