The Sudetes are a superb place for having fun trekking and hiking in mountains. The trails lead through some of the most interesting places on both the Polish and Czech sides. It is not crowded here, hence one can admire the scenery in peace and enjoy fresh and clean air.
We organize trips which show the diversity and charm of the Sudetes: - hikes in higher parts of the mountains with dominant open spaces and beautiful panoramic views of Polish and Czech sides, walking on pristine trails and exploring wild spots in the mountains; - trekking in Rudawy Janowickie Scenic Park where the routes wind through forests, between hills and rock formations and the resting place is situated by the ruins of a medieval castle; - night outings in the mountains, which are like "out of this world" trips, when the weather is right. Tour Itinerary: DAY 1: Arrival at Wroclaw (optional at Prague or Dresden); sightseeing (optional; depends on the time of arrival); transfer to the hotel (check-in); welcome meeting, free time. DAY 2: Hiking in the lower parts of the mountains. Transfer to the Rudawy Janowickie Scenic Park; a walk on the routes winding through charming forest; on the way the ruins of medieval Bolczow castle , view points, interesting rock formations and XVIII century palaces. Dinner at Wojanow Palace (optional); return to the hotel. DAY 3: Day trekking in the higher parts of the mountains situated on both the Polish and Czech sides. Transfer to the Karkonoski National Park; going up the mountain (by mountain lift); walk to the source of the Elba river (one of the greatest rivers in Europe); walk down through Labsky Dul to Spindlerovy Mlyn (Czech Republic), on the way beautiful panoramic views, waterfalls, amazing rock formations; time for rest at the Spindlerovy Mlyn (well known, charming mountain town); after break, walk to chairlift to Medvedin (mountain), from there trek to the Labska Bouda (short stop) along a very picturesque trail which winds to the top of Pancavsky Valley. After break, walk to the Polish side of the Karkonosze Mts. through Sniezne Kotly (snow cirques) and walk further down through Czarny Kociol (Black Cirque) to mountain village Jagniatkow. Transfer to hotel. DAY 4: Biking trip along mountain bicycle trails. Breakfast; transfer to the Izerskie Mountains; bicycle excursion in high mountains where the trails lead through wild nooks and open spaces with fantastic panoramic views. Stops for a rest and a spot of lunch; return to the hotel; dinner. DAY 5: Day off – time to relax or for activities: swimming pools, sauna, spa & wellness, gym, bowling, squash; walk to the town, visit to local bars. DAY 6: Free time till afternoon; late in afternoon preparation for the night trekking. Night walk directly from hotel to the Śnieżka Mountain (the highest peak in Sudety Mountains);rest break on the top; walk down, through scenic Kocioł Łomniczki (cirque), back to the hotel. DAY 7: In the afternoon, short walk (4 hours) to St. Anna’s Chapel and to the spring Dobre Źródło situated in the middle of the mountain forest; return to the hotel; faraway dinner (optional).
