Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure to Kurdjali. Morning visit to Perperikon – the Oracles of Dionysus and Tatul - a Thracian sanctuary dedicated to the legendary Thracian singer Orpheus and possibly the place where he was buried. Departure to Zlatograd (Bulgaria's most southern town).

Day 2: Departure to Ardino. Visit to the Devil's bridge over Arda river - build in the XIV century. Part of the ancient road connecting the lowlands of Thrace with the north Aegean coast.

Day 3: Departure to Ustra - X century Byzantine fortress. One of the best preserved in the Rodopi mountains.

Day 4: Departure to Plovdiv. On the way we will visit Bachkovo Monastery - second largest in Bulgaria, the ossuary (gorgeous XI century frescoes) and Assenova fortress near Asenovgrad.
