Thanks to the excellent climatic conditions heavy snow cover persists till late spring. We include in the programme routes in Izerskie Mountains and in the Karkonosze Mountans (Southern Sudetes Range) on both Polish and Czech sides.

The venue for sport events in Izerskie Mts. has been well known for years among the cross-country skiing enthusiasts from all over Europe as Piasts' Race. We offer cross-country routes which vary in length and difficulty with a total length of approximately 100 km (62 miles). You can choose from three kinds of routes:
- for competitive races - approved by FIS;
- tourist routes - a four-leaved clover shaped loop, where you can join or take another route;
- inhalation routes - they pass through spots where the air is filled with the scent of essential oils from trees and consist of four parts which vary in difficulty. They are interesting, offer various landscapes and terrain types as well as provide wonderful views of Mountain Bukovec and village Izerka, both located in the Czech Republic.

The Karkonosze Mounts.(part of Sudetes) offer a network of approximately 500 km (over 300 miles) of regularly maintained cross-country skiing tracks for experienced skiers as well as for beginners, beautiful views of the white peaks and over picturesque valleys, as well as enjoying nature on your own. The Krkonose, as the cross-country skiers’ paradise, with the Krkonoska Skiing Path as the key road serve thousands of people who enjoy cross-country skiing.
