Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Lima (in). As soon as you arrive our staff will be waiting in the airport to take you to the selected hotel.

Day 2: Lima – City Tour. Breakfast in the hotel. City Tour: We will begin the journey to the most interesting places in Lima. We will be able to appreciate the Colonial Lima and The Modern Lima. Lodging.

Day 3: Lima - Cuzco. Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival there will be reception, transfer and accommodation in the hotel. You will have the whole morning to rest and to get used to the weather. In the afternoon, there is a walk through typical streets of the city, appreciating The Main Square, The Cathedral, Santo Domingo's Temple and Qoricancha. Later, enjoy your tour visiting the archaeological centers of Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Qenco and Sacsayhuaman.

Day 4: The Sacred Valley of the Incas. Breakfast in the hotel. Pisac is waiting for you with the handmade arts and crafts. Continuing toward the beautiful Valley of Urubamba we will arrive to a pre-Hispanic Agricultural Center where we will have a great lunch. Back to Cuzco.

Day 5: Machu Picchu. Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the train station to board the Vista Dome Train to go to the beautiful "Citadel of Machu Picchu". Guided excursion, and return to Cuzco (Optional stay overnight at the hotel in Machu Picchu-Aguas Calientes for an extra day in Machu Picchu).

Day 6: Cusco - Puno. At 06:30 am transfer to the train or bus station to travel to the city of Puno. Trip takes about 8 hours. Along the way, you will appreciate the beautiful Andean scenery and several small villages displaying their typical social and folkloric characteristics.

Day 7: Taquile - Uros Island. Breakfast in the hotel and beginning of the tour to the Taquile Island, a beautiful place where people still maintain their ancestral form of life inherited from the Incas. Visit the floating islands of the Uros constructed with totora.

Day 8: Sillustani - Juliaca - Lima. Breakfast in the hotel. At the appropriate time visit to the archeological center of Sillustani to appreciate the pre-Incan tombs known as "Chullpas" constructed of stone in a cylindrical shape. At the end of this visit, transfer to the airport of Juliaca to board the flight to Lima (optional: trip to La Paz, Bolivia).
