Day 1: Buenos Aires (In). Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be taken to your comfortable hotel. The city offers different activities to enjoy during your first day. We also recommend trying some local restaurants where you will find a variety of cuisine styles ranging from the great parrilla (BBQ) and pastas to Mexican, vegetarian and more exotic options. Day 2: Buenos Aires - El Calafate. Breakfast. At appropriate time, you will be transferred to the airport in Buenos Aires for taking your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival in El Calafate, you will be taken to your selected hotel. We highly recommend visiting the birds reserve Nimez Lagoon for a sunset. Day 3: Perito Moreno Glacier. After an early breakfast, you will leave on a full day excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier . Inside Los Glaciares National Park, you will take the route surrounding Lago Argentino where 80km from El Calafate, lies Perito Moreno Glacier with its imposing 60-meter high ice walls. Follow the paths that lead you to the face of the glacier where you can get an impressive view of it. If you are lucky you may witness ice fragments breaking off with a thunderous sound and falling into the lake. Return to the hotel in the evening. Local restaurants offer great quality food and friendly service. We recommend trying the famous "Cordero al Asador". Day 4: El Calafate. Breakfast. Day at leisure for taking any of the optional excursions. We recommend the Todo Glaciares excursion: full day lake navigation visiting Upsala, Spegazzini and Onelli glaciers . Day 5: El Calafate – Iguazu. Breakfast. At an appropriate time you will be transferred to the airport for continuing your travel in Argentina to take your flight to Iguazu Falls. Upon arrival in Puerto Iguazu, you will be taken to your selected hotel. Time at leisure to enjoy the swimming pool or facilities at the hotel/hostel selected. Day 6: Iguazu Falls. After breakfast, you will leave for a full day excursion to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls. You will be guided around the several paths inside the National Park and have many opportunities to enjoy the incredible views of the more than 200 waterfalls. At noon, you will have free time for lunch and the chance to take the optional Great Adventure navigation tour which takes you for a ride around the falls. The boat even stays for a while almost underneath a fall! In the afternoon, you will board the train that leads you to the greatest fall in the park: the Devil's Throat. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Day 7: Iguazu – Buenos Aires. At an appropriate time you will be transferred to the airport for taking your flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be taken to your comfortable hotel. Transfer Airport/Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Day 8: Buenos Aires city and tango show. Breakfast. During the morning, half day city tour of Buenos Aires with English speaking guide (3 and 1/2 hours). Lunch not included. During the afternoon, optional half day bike tour or free time to explore the city. At night, optional dinner and tango show. Day 9: Buenos Aires. Breakfast. You will have a day at leisure for enjoying any of the attractions in Buenos Aires . We suggest the Fiesta Gaucha excursion, Tigre and Delta, or any other of our theme tours in Buenos Aires (Evita, Buenos Aires tango, Buenos Aires artistic). Day 10: Buenos Aires (out). Breakfast.
