Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: You'll be met by our guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and get ready for your exciting China tour.

Day 2: Begin to explore Beijing from paying a visit first to the largest and grandest square in the world – Tiananmen Square. As walking through the square, you will come to the magnificent Forbidden City, the biggest palace complex in the world. Then, you will hop on a rickshaw to ride through the narrow alleys for a Hutong Tour, and pay a visit of a local family as well as have the lunch with local neighborhoods. Then go on to appreciate the fantastic Summer Palace, the biggest and best-preserved imperial garden so far.

Day 3: The sightseeing today starts from exploring the great Temple of Heaven where emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties had worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest. Afterwards, you will be guided to the snaking Mutianyu Great Wall, an uncrowded section with comfortable round trip cable car to take and picturesque scenery to enjoy. As for lunch, it will be offered at an elegant restaurant at the foot of the Great Wall. At night, the dinner is arranged to let you taste mouthwatering and authentic Peking Duck. (B+L+D)

Day 4: After breakfast, take a chance to have a close view of the Bird's Nest and Water Cube on the way to Beijing 798 Art Zone where you will be able to touch the unique sense of culture and have lunch on your own. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Xian. Upon your arrival at Xian, your local guide will meet you at airport and then transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is left on your own.
Once was the military-industrial factory complex since early 1950's, Beijing 798 Art Zone has more than 200 art & culture galleries. Meanwhile, it is often compared with New York's Greenwich Village. (B)

Day 5: The highlight of the tour today lies in the world-shaking Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses where you might be shocked by the rows of life-size warriors in order. After a local featured dainty lunch, drive back to the hotel and passing by the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – the sign of ancient Xi'an. Make a stop and choose the best angle to view this "Leaning Tower of China", you will also be amazed by those exquisite architectures and sculptures on the two sides of the square in the front of the pagoda. Day 6: Today is the last day of your tour in Xi'an. First, the guide will lead you to explore the ancient City Wall, which had been constructed over 600 years ago to protect the city from an attack (Bicycle Riding on the wall is included). Then head into the Great Mosque to enjoy the combination of Islamic and Chinese cultures. After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to Chongqing. Upon your arrival, the guide will take you to have dinner, and then send you to embark the deluxe cruise ship. (B+L+D)

Day 7: Today is the right time to sail along the mighty Yangtze River. On the voyage, the ship will land at Fengdu where you could have an exciting excursion to explore the Ghost City. (B+L+D)

Day 8: Take an exhilarating boat-trip on Shennong Stream, a rather beautiful river running through the gorges. You could enjoy the fascinating sceneries and breathe the bracing air while experiencing the fun of rowing. (B+L+D)

Day 9: Today you'll view the great Three Gorges Dam, the largest dam construction project on earth. As the ship arrives in Yichang, our guide will meet you on board. After lunch, transfer to the airport and take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, you'll be picked up and transferred to the hotel. As for dinner, you have a chance to arrange it by yourself. (B+L)

Day 10: Today, you will be guided to visit Shanghai Museum to view the splendid Chinese treasures, and then take a walk around the Bund. After tasting tasty lunch, continue to visit the Yuyuan Garden and Bazaar. Finally, amble along the alleys in Tianzifang, a neighborhood full of stalls, restaurants, cafes and shops of selling artwork. (B+L)

Day 11: Get to the airport and board your homeward flight by yourself. Your memorable China tour ends. (B)
