Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Buenos Aires (In). Arrive in Buenos Aires. Transfer in from the airport to the Hotel. Night in Buenos Aires. Day 2: Buenos Aires. Breakfast in the hotel. Enjoy our morning half-day City Tour that will provide you with a general view of the city and its attractions. During about three hours you will be able to visit Retiro, Palermo, 9th of July Avenue, the Colon Opera House and the Obelisk, Downtown (the Congress, the Mayo Square, Mayo Avenue, Government House), Puerto Madero and San Telmo with stops in Recoleta with its famous cemetery and Francia Square and La Boca with the colorful Caminito Enjoy an optional dinner and tango show at Esquina Carlos Gardel. Night in Buenos Aires. Day 3: Buenos Aires. “Paris of South America”. The walk focuses on the areas of Retiro and Recoleta, where Buenos Aires most clearly expresses its Parisian character, acquired in the early 20th century through its architectural styles and urban design. Plaza San Martín is one of the best examples of the belle époque, being the place where the upper class families settled and built their impressive residences at the turn of the century. We also visit other spots which evidently follow the French pattern. Night in Buenos Aires. Day 4: Buenos Aires (out). Transfer from the Hotel to the Airport to take a flight to Mendoza. Once in Mendoza transfer to a Hotel. Night in Mendoza. Day 5: Mendoza. Full day Alta Montana excursion. Breakfast. During your full day excursion to the Andes you will enjoy great panoramic views of the Andes Range and Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas. Before your return to the hotel in the late afternoon you will visit Uspallata, Penitentes and Puente del Inca (Inca Bridge), a fascinating geological formation. Night in Mendoza. Day 6: Mendoza. After breakfast or lunch we pick you up from the hotel to start the wine tour. We visit 4 wineries located in Luján de Cuyo or Maipú. The first winery we visit is Catena Zapata located in Agrelo area. You will be able to see a big wine producer and their vineyard. After this visit we will go to Sottano, a new boutique winery located in Perdriel where people will be able to see the concept of the new wineries. Ruca Malen is going to be our third winery to be visited and where we will have the gourmet lunch. It is a 5 steps lunch with 5 different wines. After lunch we will visit the last winery Achaval Ferrer. This is a very boutique small winery that makes only Premium wines. It is also located in Perdriel next to Mendoza River with a very nice view of their vineyards and the panoramic view of El Plata range in the back Wine tasting is included in every winery. Wineries and restaurant can be changed subject to availability. Night in Mendoza. Day 7: Mendoza (out). Transfer out from the Hotel to the Airport to take a flight to Santiago de Chile. Once in Santiago transfer from the Airport to the Hotel. Night in Santiago. Day 8: Santiago de Chile. Full Day excursion in regular service with local bilingual guide (English/Spanish speaking) to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. Night in Santiago. Day 9: Santiago de Chile. Morning Half Day City tour in regular service with local bilingual guide (English/Spanish speaking). Free afternoon. Night in Santiago. Day 10: Santiago de Chile (out).
