One of our new itineraries, bringing you to the scenic sights of WuLong limestone karsts, FuRong cave, and ShuNan ZhuHai in YiBin. WuLong is a county to the east of the Municipal city of ChongQing, about 2 hrs way. The WuLong Karst is part of the South China UNESCO World Heritage Site. WuLong Three Natural Bridges, it is the outdoor scene where the movie Curse of the Golden Flower” was made filmed, while in ShuNan ZhuHai sets some of the scenes for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive ChengDu.

Day 2: ChengDu - ChongQing - WuLong (via train).

Day 3: WuLong - TianSheng SanQiao (three natural bridges) - WuLong (drive 18 km 1-way).

Day 4: WuLong - FuRong cave (drive 20km 1-way) - ChongQing - YiBin - ShuNan ZhuHai (bamboo forest).

Day 5: ShuNanZhuHai (2-3 hr hiking). Free and easy in the afternoon (guesthouse or tranquil home-stay by the lake).

Day 6: ShuNan ZhuHai - NeiJiang - ChengDu (2 hr hike).

Day 7: Depart ChengDu.
