This is a 4 hour tour aimed at showing you the very best sites of Rome. We would go visit the Pantheon to admire its incredible Oculus (the EYE of GOD), then the Foro Argentino where Giulio Caesar was killed! The incredible Michelangelo's Square representing Rome’s civic center, faces away from the Roman Forum and instead in the direction of Papal Rome and the Christian church in the form of St. Peter’s Basilica. The interlaced twelve-pointed star on the floor makes a subtle reference to the constellations, revolving around this space called Caput mundi, the "head of the world”. The Spanish Steps and its popoular shopping streets, Trevi Fountain (remember to save some coins to drop into the fountain and make your wish), Navona Square where painters, musicians, buskers and colorful stalls recreate an incredible sensation of how life looked like 500 years ago! The Colosseum, where bloody combats between gladiators and wild beasts were held! The Circus Maximus known for having housed lively chariot races, the statue of the Mouth of Truth where people still line up to put their hands into it in order to find out if there’s a liar among them. How? If someone tells a lie, the Mouth of Truth will chop off their hand! During the tour our drivers will be happy to suggest some local restaurants (where you just pay for the food, not the view!) or something on the way if you want to be quick.
