Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Airport - Tarangire. Upon your arrival into Arusha Airport meet and greet with our representative and drive heading towards the vastness of Tarangire National Park. Arriving in the lodge for lunch and later game viewing inside the park area. Overnight: Tarangire safari lodge – Full board basis Day 2: Tarangire national park visit. We have an early morning departure with a packed breakfast, which will allow us to make the most of our wildlife viewing before returning to camp for a late lunch. And thereafter, an afternoon game drive returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight: Tarangire safari lodge. Full board basis. Days 4-6: The Serengeti national park visit. Introduction to Serengeti National Park. Although thousands of writers have used the power of the pen, to put down their ideas on paper, in many different ways about the Serengeti national park, their work may be summed up in a few words only: from the wildlife point of view "The Serengeti national park is the most unique area in the world”. Serengeti – a name that seems to conjure up all that is wildest in wildest Africa is the oldest, second largest and best known national park in Tanzania. Admittedly, over the years it ha been at the forefront of international research on various ecological monitoring programmes and other related disciplines leading ot ecosystem dynamics as well as the development of conservation management. Nights at Serengeti serena safari lodge. Full board basis. Day 7: Ngorongoro crater visit. After breakfast heading towards the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater via Olduvai Gorge “The Cradle Of Mankind” where the remains of the early man was discovered by Dr. Leakey and stop at the Olduvai Gorge Museum for Lunch. The museum displays some of these fascinating discoveries and remarkable finds. After lunch afternoon game viewing around the crater rim and transfer to the lodge for dinner. Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. FB. Day 8: We depart for Ngorongoro crater after breakfast with packed lunches for a full day’s crater tour. Dinner and overnight at a lodge on the crater rim: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. FB. Day 9: Lake Manyara - Arusha - Stone Town. Leave after an early breakfast and enter the Lake Manyara National Park for a full morning game drive with picnic lunch. Return to Arusha thereafter arriving in the afternoon and transfer to airport for a flight to Zanzibar Arrival and transfer to the Stone Town – Night at Mtoni Marine. Days 10-11: Zanzibar beach. Leave stone town after late breakfast and transfer to Northeast Coast rest and enjoy the paradise beaches of the island to complete your relaxation. Possibility to carry out diverse activities: trips with dhow, diving Mnarani beach resort - Half board basis. Day 12: Northeast Coast (Nungwi) - Dar es Salaam. Depart from Nungwi beach hotel to the Airport to join flight to Dar es salaam. About Dar es salaam (large trade city of Tanzania). Dar es Salaam is Tanzania's most important city for both business and government. The city contains unusually high concentrations of trade and other services and manufacturing compared to other parts of Tanzania, which has about 80 percent of its population in rural areas. For example, about one half of Tanzania's manufacturing employment is located in the city despite the fact that Dar holds only ten percent of Tanzania's population. Located on a natural harbour on the Indian Ocean, it is the hub of the Tanzanian transportation system as all of the country's main railways and several highways originate in or near the city. Its status as an administrative and trade centre has put Dar es Salaam in position to benefit disproportionately from Tanzania's high growth rate since the year 2000 so that by now its poverty rates are much lower than the rest of the country. The Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Tower with more than 21 stories is the tallest building in the city and the country. Day 13: Depart from Dar es salaam – Flight Back home. After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch the flight back to USA.
