Day 1: Arrival - Ha Noi. On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel. Ha Noi, Vietnam's capital, is one thousand year old city with peaceful lakes, French styled buildings, old quarter streets, tree lined boulevards, brightly painted temples and pagodas. (If time permits) we enjoy a short cyclos ride around the old quarter streets to see the different local ways of life. Overnight in Ha Noi. Day 2: Ha Noi - Ha Long. Transfer to Halong. Board our traditional wooden junk boat, Huong Hai Junk, for an overnight journey. Sip on a refreshing welcome drink upon check in before you begin your cruise through the bay. Feast on a delicious lunch as you cruise among hundreds of islets (Dinh Huong islet, Ga Choi – Fighting Cock islet, Dog islet, Finger islet, etc.) to discover unspoilt pockets of Halong Bay and visit Sung Sot cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the Bay. Swim at Soi Sim beach or Titov beach or a short trek to the top of Titov mountain for a magnificent panorama scenery. Enjoy your dinner with fresh seafood on board. Squid fishing or relax and chatting with your partner, friends, family. Overnight on Ha Long Bay aboard Huong Hai Junk. Includes: (B, L, D). Day 3: Halong - Hanoi - Sapa. For early risers complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and cake are served. 8:00 am: Visit Luon cave on small bamboo boat paddle by out crew staff and enjoy the quiet atmosphere enclosed by high islets and mountains. Be back to our Huong Hai Junk. Sail past rock formations such as Man’s Head islet, Tortoise islet, Butterfly cave, Lion islet, Bai Tho mountain, enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long city, etc. Arrange your luggage and do the check out onboard at around 9.00 am. Enjoy a wholesome brunch as your boat weaves through strange-shaped limestone rock formations. Arrive back at Ha Long city for disembarkation where your driver waits to take you to Hanoi railway station to board the night train to Sapa. O/N on train. Includes: (B, L). Day 4: Sa Pa. Arrive early morning in Lao Cao, start to drive to Sa Pa. At an elevation of 1,500 meters, Sa Pa was once a hill resort of French administrators when the summer heat became unbearable. The remoteness and the lifestyle of ethnic minority people are a highlight of Sa Pa although conditions are basic. The Phan Si Pang range boasts Vietnam's highest mountain and lends an alpine feel to the area surrounding this hill station. Today we have enough time to explore some of nearby hill tribe villages and visit the busy market of Sa Pa where the Red Dao, Black Hmong, Tay, Xa Pho ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding valleys and hillsides to sell their goods and buy provision. Overnight in Sa Pa. Includes: (B, L). Day 5: Sa Pa - Ha Noi. A fullday trekking to the villages of Lao Chai & Ta van which leads you passing the most beautiful mountainous scenes. Picnic lunch by a stream. Back Sapa by car then onward to Lao cai station for the train back Hanoi. O/N on train. Day 6, Hanoi - Saigon (B). Take a short fligh south. Ho Chi Minh City, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded with bikes and motorbikes, excited by numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafés. An afternoon free at leisure exploring Saigon. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. Includes: (B, L). Days 7-9: Phu quoc island. Fly to Phu Quoc. Enjoy the untouched beach of Phu quoc island. Includes: (B). Day 10: Phu quoc - Ho Chi Minh departure.
