Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival. On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel. Ha Noi, Vietnam’s capital, is one thousand year old city with peaceful lakes, French styled buildings, old quarter streets, three lined boulevards, brightly painted temples and pagodas. Take a short cyclo ride around the Old quarter streets. Dinner and over night in Ha Noi. Includes: (D). Day 2: Hanoi – Cat Ba. In the morning, depart from your hotel in Hanoi, and then take express boat to Cat Ba Island (150km from Hanoi). We arrive in Cat Ba Island at late noon. Transfer across the island to the dock and board a small boat to Cruise to our private base camp. Enjoy a lunch of savory fresh local sea food. Gear you up for an afternoon of exploration! Return back to the base camp for a fresh water shower and a great dinner before retiring to your cozy hut for the night. Enjoy your funny night in with camp – fire and games. Overnight on camp. Includes: (B, L, D). Day 3: Cat Ba National Forest. Have breakfast at your base camp, and then visit Cat Ba - National Park. It spans an area of 15,200ha, of which 9,800ha are forest, and contains lots of particularly interesting caves. The original tropical forest spans an area of 570ha, with extremely varied wildlife and vegetation. This morning, we head national park. Upon arrival, it takes 5 hour hike through the mountain rainforest and valleys. Visit Frog Lake and wild animals. Then, go to Viet Hai village, the small fishing village. There are 200 people are living here with a bamboo or wooden house. Have lunch there with local food. Walk around to visit the village, you will meet some friendly local people and know their life and culture here. Have dinner in village. Overnight in Authenlic house. Includes: (B, L, D). Day 4: Cat Ba National Forest. This morning, we follow alocal guide who will take you to the Jungle, to the top of mountain. Where you have a great mountain view and bay view. Come down. Kayaking to discover the bay, snorkeling, swimming, at a private deserted beach. Then visit the floating fishing village. Overnight on camp. Includes: (B, L, D). Day 5: Cat Ba National Forest – Halong - Hanoi. Today, we bid farewell Catba island and transfer to Halong City and have a boat trip (4-6 hours) on Halong Bay to see thousands of strange- shaped islets and islands which will remind of many interesting images in mysterious tales or legends, stop for visit magnificent scenes of Halong through system of Karst caves and grottoes such as: Thien Cung, Sung Sot. Lunch with sea food will be served on boat. We have some swimming in fresh water before go on ahead to Hanoi. Leisure and O/N in Ha Noi. Includes: (B, L, D). Day 6: Hanoi city. Today we enjoy a half day city tour starting with the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. We follow this with Hoa Lo and the impressive Ethnologic Museum, dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. The beautiful West Lake and the History Museum with an excellent collection of artifacts illustrating the Vietnamese history are also highlight of our trip. We visit these sights before continuing to the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem. In front of this lake is the famous water puppet theatre where we will see a fantastic performance. Overnight in Ha Noi.
