Day 1: Bucharest. Arrival at the airport in Bucharest. Meet your guide. Transfer to your hotel. According with the time of arrival, if time allows a city tour, to see: the Parliament Palace, the Village Museum, the Stavropoleos Church, traditional dinner at the Beer Cart. Overnight in Bucharest in Hotel Residence, or similar according to availability. Day 2: Bucharest - Curtea de Arges - Sibiu. After breakfast, we leave Bucharest, heading to Sibiu. We stop and visit Curtea de Arges - the former capital of Wallachia. Visit the Episcopal Church where Romanian Kings are buried. Lunch in local restaurant. Drive along the picturesque Olt Valley for a visit of the Cozia Monastery. Continue to Sibiu, one of the oldest towns in Transylvania, formerly Hermannstadt, founded by Saxon colonists. Walking tour in the medieval town Sibiu and see the Evangelical Church, the Main Square and the Liars’ Bridge. Dinner in a traditional restaurant. Overnight in Sibiu, in Hotel Ramada, Hotel Imparatul Romanilor, or similar according with availability. Day 3: Sibiu - Cisnadioara - Sibiu. After breakfast, visit The Brukenthal Museum. Visit The Village Museum. Lunch in The Village Museum. Visit the Cisnadioara Citadel. Dinner in a traditional guest house in Cisnadioara. Return and overnight in Sibiu, in Hotel Ramada, Hotel Imparatul Romanilor, or similar according with availability. Day 4: Sibiu - Medias - Biertan - Sighisoara. After breakfast, we leave Sibiu, heading to Sighisoara. On the way, short sightseeing tour in medieval city Medias. Visit the Fortified Saxon Church in Biertan. Lunch in a medieval restaurant in Biertan. Arrival in Sighisoara. Time at leisure. Dinner in a traditional guest house. Overnight in Sighisoara, in Casa cu Cerb, Casa Wagner, or similar according with availability. Day 5: Sighisoara. After breakfast, its time to change your look with medieval clothes. Walking tour in the Medieval Citadel in medieval clothes – it will take about 2 and a half hours. Try the local Plum Brandy and wine. Traditional Lunch in Dracula's House. Visit the History Museum. The Museum consists of the clock tower, torture chamber and the medieval arms exhibition. Time at leisure. Dinner in a traditional guest house. Overnight in Sighisoara, in Casa cu Cerb, Casa Wagner, or similar according with availability. Day 6: Brasov - Sinaia - Bucharest. After breakfast, we leave Sighisoara, heading to Brasov. Stop and visit the fortified church Saschiz. Stop and visit the fortification and the White Church in Viscri (the Prince Charles have a house here in Viscri). Arrival and lunch in Brasov. Visit Harman and Prejmer fortified churches. Dinner and overnight in Brasov, in Hotel Bella Muzica, or similar according with availability. Day 7: Bucharest. After breakfast we leave Brasov. According your flight and if time allows, we will stop in Sinaia and visit the Peles Castle. Transfer to International Airport in Bucharest, end of tour.
