If you don’t have the time to visit the Australian Outback – we will bring the Outback to you. This unique experience begins before you even leave the bus – you will be greeted by a stockman on horseback. You will learn how to throw a boomerang and crack the whip. Learn about the life of stockmen and their dogs on farms. Enjoy and relax with Billy tea and damper from the campfire. Watch the stockman and his dogs perform a sheep muster followed by a sheep shearing demonstration. Enjoy a hearty Aussie lunch in the Tobruk Station Woolshed restaurant. On your travel back to Sydney there are some great photo opportunities of the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury River Valley.
