Seal Island - Chapman’s Peak Drive - Township Tour

This is a great full day tour, if you like to ride your bike with medium speed. The day will start after setting up the bikes and a short introduction by the tour guide heading towards Hout Bay Harbour. Here we will join one of the seal island ship operators and pay the seals a visit.

From the harbour we will head towards the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, where you can take pictures of the beautiful view of the Bay. After a nice and refreshing lunch we will drive on the Main Road to the Township of Hout Bay - Imizamo Yethu. Here our tour guide Afrika, who lives in the township himself will introduce us to the daily routines in the township, take us to a shebeen (township pub) and visit with us a traditional healer.

On our way back to our starting point we will stop at the Teabag Design Project another project that supports the community of Hout Bay. Come and join us on a great day out in Hout Bay. We would love to welcome you on one of Richies Bikes tours!
