Our North Spitsbergen - Polar Bear special takes us to the pack ice at 81°N where we hope to spend quality time watching and photographing these iconic super-predators, of which we stand an excellent chance of close and personal encounters.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Longyearbyen, boarding ship and departure.
Day 2: Raudfjord and Moffen.
Day 3: Laagøya to Phippsoya – northernmost point.
Day 4: Nordaustlandet, Alpinøya and Soraberget.
Day 5: Kvitøya Island, Andréeneset and Kraemerpynten.
Day 6: Westward bound.
Day 7: Northwest Spitsbergen and return south.
Day 8: Longyearbyen and disembark.
