Tour Itinerary:
Day 0: Arrive in Arusha. Day 1: Drive for Lake Manyara for Game viewing. Stay at Sun Star Lodge at Karatu. Day 2: Drive to Ngorongoro Highland, Full day hiking along the view of Lake Eyasi or Climb Makarot. Day 3: Drive to Nainokanoka, climb Olmoti crater, stay at a camp near ranger post. Day 4: Hike to Empakai from Nainokanoka to Embulbul depression, camp near Masai village. Day 5: Hike to Empakai rim and overnight on the rim. Day 6: Hike inside Empakai Crater. Drive to Sopa lodge and overnight. Day 7: Game drive in the crater for half day, then drive to Arusha. Day 8: Arusha town walk. Fly back home late afternoon. Another option. Itinerary Extension: Day 0: Arrival. Day 1: Arusha town walk or Lake Duluti walk. Days 2-3: Tarangire National Park tour, short game drive, walking and camping. Day 4: Drive to Lake Manyara. Short game viewing and hiking in the afternoon. Day 5: Drive to Ngorongoro, morning hiking on Satiman. Afternoon game viewing in the crater. Day 6: Drive to Arusha with some shopping on the way.
