The Itinerary
Day 1: Queen Alia International Airport – Amman. Welcome to Jordan! Meet and assist you upon your arrival at the Airport, then transfer you to Amman for overnight. Day 2: Amman – Jerash - Um Qais – Amman Amman. After breakfast, We will drive to visit Jerash , it has been dubbed the 'Pompeii of the East' due to it being one of the world's largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture outside of Italy. Jerash's colonnaded streets, baths, theatres, plazas, and arches remain in exceptional condition and make the city an extremely interesting place to look around. Next, drive back to Amman, we will visit Roman Theater, enjoying there, then back to hotel in Amman for dinner & overnight. Day 3: Amman – Madaba - Neabo – Madaba - Dead Sea. After breakfast, we’ll drive to Madaba (Mosaic City), From Madaba we will drive 10km up the hill to reach Mount Nebo, a very important Christian site, recently visited by the Pope. It was here, on the edge of the ridge overlooking the Dead Sea. We have free time to shopping there in Madaba. Next, drive to visit Dead Sea for dinner & overnight there in Hotel. Day 4: Dead Sea – King's Way – Petra. After breakfast, drive to the Dead Sea, at 400 meters below sea level, the lowest point on earth. At the Dead Sea we will spend half of the day where we can float in the mineral-rich waters, take a therapeutic black-mud massage, or just relax round the swimming pool with a drink. The therapeutic sticky black-mud treatment, packed full of minerals and nutrients, comes highly recommended, then drive to visit Crusader Castle there. It's Karak Castle. Then transfer along king's highway to visit Dana, see sunset there. Then drive to visit Petra for dinner & overnight there. Then we will go all the way down to the Dead Sea for floating, then we stay there for dinner & overnight there. Day 5: Petra – free tour (full day). Today we will take a full-day tour of Petra, the rose-red city half as old as time which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Petra is a city which was carved out of the Sharah Mountains by the Nabataeans. For our first hours at the Petra site we will have an English speaking guide who will show us round the numerous highlights including the Treasury (El-Khazneh) which has an intricately carved façade that glows in the sun, the amphitheatre, and the Royal Tombs. For the remainder of the day you will be able to wander at your leisure one monument leading to the next for kilometer after kilometer. At the end of the day you will walk back past gift shops where you can buy a souvenir or gift to accompany your treasured memories. then back to hotel for dinner & overnight. Day 6: Petra - Wadi Rum. After breakfast, checkout of hotel, then drive to make city tour. Next we drive to visit Wadi Rum. We enjoy a Jeep Safari amongst Wadi Rum's for (3 hours at least) enchanting pink and white desert sands & Sands dunes. We will see the great sun set there in Wadi Rum. Then stay for dinner provided by our great Bedouin hosts (eat the traditional, freshly prepared, Jordanians staying overnight in a deluxe campsite with clean comfortable beds and hot showers. Day 7: Wadi Rum - Queen Alia International Airport. After breakfast, check out of the hotel, then drive to departure to Queen Alia international airport with our farewell.(we can make city tour depending on departure time). Departure.
