Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Individual arrival to Warsaw. After the briefing and touring the Old Town you shall be transferred to Masuria by bus. Accommodation and dinner in a middle-class hotel in Reszel. By bike, if the time of arrival allows, about 25 km. Day 2: Bicycle tour of Reszel (beautiful town with many parks, Gothic bridges and the bishop’s castle) and Swieta Lipka, where you can see an interesting, baroque sanctuary from the 16th century. Dinner and accommodation as on day one. By bike – between 40 and 57 km, depending on which route you choose. Day 3: An all day long bicycle ride to Gizycko. Along the way there is a possibility to tour "Wolfsschanze" - "The Wolf's Den", Adolf Hitler's headquarters from the II World War (optional). The headquarters are located in Gierloz. Dinner and accommodation in a quietly situated hotel in the Gizycko area. By bike – about 53 km. Day 4: In the morning we have prepared a very pleasant bicycle trip of the area. You will be passing numerous lakes (bathing pauses are included in the program). The afternoon is free to your disposal. We recommend to go sightseeing in Gizycko, see the city center and the public beach, buy souvenirs, visit one of many cafes. Accommodation and dinner as on day three. By bike – about 47 km. Day 5: To avoid the heavy traffic, we take a boat to cruise the Masurian Lakes, connected with each other via canals (optional). The cruise to Mikolajki is about 3 hours long and can be shortened, if you wish to disembark in Szymonka and continue by bicycle. In this case, the route will lead you along the Luknajno lake to Mikolajki. Dinner and accommodation in Mikolajki area. By bike from Szymonka about 25 km. Day 6: Today you can ride to Krutyn;, where you can go canoeing on Krutynia river (about 2,5 hours, optional). The river is shallow, therefore the activity requires no additional skills. Accommodation as on day five. By bike about 59 km. Day 7: After breakfast you are taken by bus to Warsaw. The tour ends about 2:00 p.m. at the Warszawa Centralna station. Individual departure. Notes: - Condition of roads: Mostly asphalt roads, occasionally forest, sand, field and gravel roads, sometimes of cobblestone, slightly elevated. Height differences up to 150 meters - Since the route descriptions include the distance in kilometers, we advise you to bring your own tachometer – in this case, our employee shall install it without additional cost.
