Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Queen Elizabeth Park. Depart from Kampala early morning and head Western passing via Mpambire drum makers where you will stop over to buy souvenirs then head to the Uganda Equator where you will relax and take pictures. Proceed to Mbarara where you will have lunch at the Agip Motel or Regency Hotel. Thereafter, head to Queen Elizabeth Park through the bottom of the East African Rift Valley arriving for an evening game drive. Accomodation: Mweya Safari lodge or Mweya Institute of Ecology Hostels. Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner. Transit Time: 4-6 Hrs Day 2: Am Game Drive, PM Launch Trip. After an early morning breakfast at about 6:30am, proceed for a game drive through the Kasenyi area where Kobs have their mating grounds and here you will have a high chance of seeing cats like Lions and Leopards in action. Head on to the Northern crater and here you will have a high opportunity of viewing Elephants, Buffaloes, Warthogs, Baboons, Waterbucks, etc. Return to the Lodge for lunch and in the afternoon, take a magical launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel. You will see solitary buffalo, and a paradise of birdlife. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Accomodation: Mweya Safari Lodge or Mweya Institute of Ecology Hostels. Meal Plan: B,L,D Transit Time: Full Day Activities Day 3: Kampala. After an early morning breakfast, depart to Kampala. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed enroute.
