Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Nairobi - Lake Naivasha

Depart Nairobi for Naivasha with a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley view point. Leisure as you engage in various activities such as Crescent island tour, sunset cruise, bird walk/nature walk, boat ride. All these activities are paid direct assisted by your driver/guide. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit the dramatic Hells Gate national park, which is a breeding ground for vultures. The park is home to a wide variety of bird and animal life. Zebras, gazelle and baboons are all common and you may encounter the occasional cheetah, leopard or ostrich. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 2: Naivasha - Lake Nakuru

Breakfast thereafter spend the rest of the time at leisure, levae Naivasha town tour, at 1100hrs for Lake Nakuru. You arrive in time for lunch. Leisure. Evening game drive in this spectacular park with thousands of pink flamingoes amongst the Big cats and other smaller wildlife, the black and white Rhinos, the Rothschild giraffe and herds of cape buffaloes. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 3: Nakuru - Lake Bogoria - Lake Baringo

Breakfast then we depart for Lake Baringo which is famous for abundant bird life. More than 500 species have been sighted here. The lake also contains crocodile and hippo. Before you reach Baringo, Have a brief stopover at Lake Bogoria which is popular scenic attraction for its hot, warm and cold geyser springs, which were formed due to volcanic activities. With picnic lunch enroute, you proceed to arrive Lake Baringo the afternoon. We will spend the rest of the evening at leisure with optional bird watching, horse riding, boat rides, these activities are paid direct by the client assisted by your guide.

Day 4: Lake Baringo - Kakamega Forest

This morning we will depart for Kakamega after breakfast. We will drive through the town of Kitale town, with picnic lunch enroute, you proceed to arrival is in the early afternoon. Check in your hotel/ camp/ lodge to refreshen up. Kakamega is a virgin tropical rainforest. It is home to a huge variety of birds. Casqued hornbills and Ross's turacos and the Great Blue turacos are all found here. It is the only place apart from Mt Elgon where the rare De Brazza's monkey can be observed. Other monkey species found here are the Blue monkey, red-tailed monkey, the black and white Colobus and the blue monkey. We will depart for an evenning guided walk. Dinner and overnight at your hotel/lodge/campsite.

Day 5: Kakamega Forest

Breakfast at 0700hrs, at 0800hrs have a morning walk in the rainforest accompanied by the ranger/guide, return to your camp/hotel/lodge for lunch. Afternoon spend at leisure with optional Kakamega town guided tour. Dinner and Overnight at your hotel/lodge/campsite.

Day 6: Kakamega Forest - Kisumu

Leave Kakamega forest after breakfast for Kisumu with a brief stopover at the Crying stone, bringing our arrival in time for luch. We will take time after lunch to explore the city of Kisumu. Kisumu is an important port on the shore of Lake Victoria, the second biggest freshwater lake in the world. Have the opportunity to walk along the shore and sample local food, Fish choma (roasted fish). Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Kisumu - Kit Mikaye - Kendu Bay

After breakfast we will visit the legendary Kit Mikaye rock. This big rock, sacred to the locals has a unique shape. The locals believe the stone to be a blessing to them, as it is said to be able to cure many diseases. Mothers who have problems breastfeeding are regular visitors. Thereafter, return to Kisumu, lunch. In the afternoon, we drive to the southern part of Lake Victoria and visit the picturesque village of Kendu bay. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 8: Kendu Bay - Pala Village

Today we will depart for Pala village, on arrival, you visit the local school and homestead. Have the opportunity to experience the real life side of Africa as wander amongst the villagers and take in the surrounding rural scenes. Dinner and overnight at the villages in Pala.

Day 9: Pala - Kisii - Kericho

We will this morning depart for Kisii, the land of coffee and tea farming. Kisii is the center of the region known as the Gusii Highlands. Our arrival at midday upon which we will visit the Tabaka Soap. We will the leave Kisii after lunch for Kericho, the tea capital of western Kenya. A great optional activity here is the tea plantation walk where you are guided around a plantation and given information on all facts of tea growing and picking. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Kericho town.

Day 10: Kericho - Nairobi

Breakfast early in the morning before leaving for Nairobi. We will have lunch in Naivasha and then proceed to Nairobi arriving here in the evening to mark the end of the safari.
