Day 1: Airport – Amman. Our representative meets you upon arrival at Queen Alia International airport, and then transfers you to the hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Amman (city tour) – Ajloun - Jerash – Amman. Early in the morning and after breakfast, we will do city tour as you will visit Amman Citadel, the Archaeological Museum, and then visiting the Roman Theatre. Then driver takes us to Ajloun, a forested area where we visit the castle of Ajloun “Al Rabad Castle.” Though looking like a Crusader fortress, Ajloun castle was actually built by Muslims in 1184 as a military fort and buffer to protect the region from invading Crusader forces, and then continue to reach: Jerash and visit its theatres, temples, churches and colonnaded streets, and then drive back to Amman at the hotel for overnight.
Day 3: Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Kerak - Dana. After breakfast, transfer to Madaba, known as the City of Mosaics" and visit Saint George's church which has the oldest preserved ancient mosaic map of the holy lands (Jerusalem, Jordan, and Lower Egypt). Continue to Mount Nebo: here we find the memorial of Moses; this is the place from which he viewed the Promised Land and where he was buried. The Christian church built on top of the mountain is considered the most valuable church in the whole region, due to the fact that it contains mosaic walls and a superb mosaic floor. On a clear day you can see Jerusalem, Jericho, and the Dead Sea from the top of the mountain. And then, Continue along the King’s Highway to Al Kerak to visit its castle. Finally, transfer you to Dana (one of the famous nature reserves in Jordan) for overnight.
Day 4: Dana – Feynan. After breakfast, we start trekking via the canyon of Feynan area all the way with our trekking guide who will be with you for 5-6 hours until reach Feynan Eco. Lodge for overnight.
Day 5: Feynan – Petra. Early and after breakfast in Feynan, transfer you via Namaleh road to enjoy the landscape of Wadi Araba and the surrounding area and continue to Petra; to begin a our day trip exploration of the red – rose city of Petra It is the legacy of Nabateans, and industrious Arab people who settled in southern Jordan more than 2000 years ago. Admired then for its refined culture, massive architecture. and ingenious complex of dams and water channels, Petra is a UNESCO world heritage site and this year it was voted one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
We enter the site by navigating the narrow kilometer long Siq, or canyon and our guided exploration of the site will take in many of individual monuments, including buildings, tombs, baths, funerary halls, temples, arched gateways, and colonnaded streets, that were mostly carved from the kaleidoscopic sandstone by the inhabitant’s centuries ago. After that, back to the hotel for overnight.
Day 6: Petra – Wadi Rum. After breakfast, free morning in Petra to visit the places which you have not seen in the first day and then transfer you for drive around 1 – 1 and half to Wadi Rum to Wadi Rum to do you an unforgettable a full tour 4WD safari adventure in the desert to discover the area and tracing Lawrence of Arabia footsteps, and to see some inscriptions made by the Nabateans people centuries ago. See the sunset at the moon valley. Dinner and camping in Wadi Rum.
Day 7: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea – Amman. Breakfast at the camp, and then transfer you to Wadi Rum for a free time of leisure, relax and float. Have lunch at Dead Sea. After that, transfer you to Amman for overnight.
Day 8: Amman airport. This day; after breakfast and according to your flight schedule, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman for departure with farewell.
