Sunday: Preveza - Vathi (Meganisi). Fly to Preveza and transfer to the port of Lefkas for embarkation. After a short briefing and settling in to your cabin we slip lines and head for the Island of Meganisi, with time for a short swim stop in Changing Room Bay on Skorpios, the private island owned by the Onassis family. Monday: Vathi (Meganisi) - Sivota (Lefkada). After breakfast and time for a stroll into the small town of Vathi, we head out to the north-eastern side of the island for a relaxed stop in one of the beautiful bays. After a refreshing swim and a light lunch, we head down the eastern side of the island before turning west, past the island of Kythros and towards Sivota, a wonderful natural harbour on the south coast of Lefkada. Tuesday: Sivota (Lefkada) - Fiskardo (Kefallonia). This morning we head across the Kefallonia Strait towards the North Western corner of Ithaki and our lunch and swim stop in Poli Bay. After lunch we sail across from Ithaki to Kefallonia and moor in the harbour of Fiskardo. This town is probably the most "chic" and cosmopolitan of all the harbours in the Ionian and if champagne and lobster is to your taste, then this is the place. Wednesday: Fiskardo - Ayia Eufimia - Vathi (Ithaki). We set sail early and follow the coast of Kefallonia south towards the bay of Sami and a lunch stop in Ayia Eufimia. A typical holiday destination for the locals, enjoy a traditional lunch in one of the tavernas along the quay before heading around the south side of Ithaki. We stop this evening in the capital, Vathi, one of the largest towns en-route with time to explore and perhaps some shopping. Thueday: Vathi (Ithaki) - Kioni - Frikes. Continuing our trip up the eastern coast of Ithaki, lunch sees us in the idyllic little port of Kioni, picture-postcard perfect with some delightful little boutiques and bars. After lunch a short hop takes us around the headland towards Frikes, with a chance for a swim stop in a beautiful bay on the way. Dine ashore in one of the best tavernas in the region, our crew will be happy to point the way. Friday: Frikes - Atoko - Kastos. Morning sailing to Atoko, due east of Frikes. A leisurely lunch stop on the eastern side in One House Bay is a must before taking advantage of the afternoon breeze to head across to Kastos. Kastos is one of the most unspolit islands in the area, with a lovely little harbour where we usually anchor. Swim from the back of the yacht before a sundowner and a gentle stroll to the top of the island where the friendliest Taverna owner in the Ionian will prepare freshly cooked traditional dishes while you enjoy the breathtaking view from the terrace. Saturday: Kastos - Kalamos - Lefkas. After saying farewell to Kastos, we head around the eastern side of the island and hop across to Kalamos. Sailing around the eastern side of the island, the scent of pine fills the air from the steep wooded slopes of the shore. After a swim stop its time for a great last sail back across the pristine waters towards our base in Lefkas. Once back in port, there is plenty of time for shopping and a final meal with your new friends and crew amongst the backstreets of the old town. Sunday: Lefkas. After breakfast, transfer to the Airport for your return flight to the UK or to your hotel if extending your stay. Notes: Price per person
