Day 1: Transfer from Airport to hotel at Copacabana with an english speaking guide.
Day 2: In the morning, you'll start the day by doing a walking tour through the Historical City Center of Rio and bohemian old district of Santa Teresa. In other to get more interaction with the local population and see how people commute from their home to work, we make use of the modern and clean subway system of Rio. Arriving at the old city center you'll get to know the nice and interesting mix of portuguese colonial buildings along with renaissance and eclectic building all blended with modern skyscrapers. You'll get to know the rich history of this bustling city by a walking tour passing by monumental buildings and small colonial alleys and churches . In the afternoon you'll continue your tour by visiting Santa Teresa, a neighborhood located on a hill with charming cobble stoned streets, old villas, and full of artists and ateliers, where you'll get to know some of them and see their works. This district is also filled with cozy bars and restaurants that invites for a drink and relax. By the end of the afternoon return to the hotel.
Day 3: With this half day tour you'll discover the old district at the port area and the site where the first samba music were composed also in this region is home to a newly discovered site where more than a million african slaves got in the city during four long centuries of slavery and you'll find out how is the african brazilian culture influenced and shaped the nowadays carnival in the country. To finish you'll visit a nearby atelier of a Samba School where the floats and costums of the next carnaval are being made. Early afternoon you're back to the hotel. Afternoon free time for leisure.
Day 4: Last day and free time for leisure. Transfer to the airport for flight back home or next destination in Brazil.
