Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome at airport or hotel in Lisbon. Transfer to train station (including bike transfer) and briefing about tour. Train to São Pedro Muel (3h) + cycling 30min (10km) to first Hotel. Optional: private transfer Lisbon to São Pedro Muel (1:45h), (150km). Lodging: Hotel( 3*)

Day 2: São Pedro Muel to Óbidos. Ride pine forests passing trough beatiful beaches. Visit Nazaré, a typical Portuguese fisherman village. Scenical ride close to the sea. Arrive to Óbidos, the most beautiful and well preserved medieval village in Portugal, with an incredible castle on top (73km). Lodging: Hotel (4*).

Day 3: Óbidos to Peniche. Ride to the coast passing a beautiful lagoon. Discover Peniche Peninsula, a city full of fishing traditions. Discover and admire incredible rock formations on the cliffs and the beautiful Carvoeiro Cape (52km). Lodging: Hotel (4*).

Day 4: Peniche to Ericeira. Ride along the sea and sometimes inland on a hillier region along agrarian fields with different crops and different colours.Pass by famous Surf beaches (66km). Lodging: Hotel (4*).

Day 5: Ericeira to Sintra. Ride passing some beautiful beaches and small villages by the sea. Enter Sintra region cycling on a constantly up and down along the Sierra. Visit an Incredible Palace (47km). Lodging: Hotel (4*).

Day 6: Sintra to Cascais. Ride along the Sierra and visit and incredible old Capuchin Monk Monastery. Ride to Roca Cape, the westernmost point on the European mainland. Scenic easy ride along the coast to get to Cascais, a beautiful city by the Ocean (50km). Lodging: Hotel (4*).

Day 7: Transfer (including bikes) from Cascais to Lisbon (30min).
